We recently brought our Jeep Wagoneer to South Trail Chrysler and were blown away by the outstanding service especially from Jen! After a very disappointing experience at Tower Chrysler, where nothing was properly fixed, we were relieved to find a dealership that truly cares. Jen went above and beyond to help us and made the entire process smooth and stress free. They even provided us with another loaner vehicle while our Wagoneer was being properly serviced. South Trail Chrysler sets the standard thank you Jen!

I purchased my vehicle 5 years ago and have had good experiences since, until the last issue. My vehicle was having paint issues and was fixed under warranty, but the problem was with the service received. I called to schedule the repairs to be done and was transferred to the employee Reet. Here is the experience received. I left a message, no call back. 3 business days later, I called, no answer or call back. 4 business days later, I called, no answer or call back. 3 business days later, I called, no answer or call back. 4 business days later, I called and asked to speak to a manager, Reet called me right back. Vehicle was brough in and I was told it would be ready in 2-3 weeks. I was provided a loaner, so great, no problem. At 3 weeks I called, left a message for Reet, no answer or call back. At 3.5 weeks I texted Reet on a Monday. No reply. On the Friday I called and asked to speak to a manager. Not only did Reet call me back within an hour, but he told me my vehicle was returned from the painters and was ready to be picked up. He apologized and said he didn't check his text messages between Monday and Friday. Sure... Like I said, the service and team had been above average until this experience. But constantly being ignored by Reet, and asking to speak to a manager twice and never getting a call was extremely disappointing. I also received an auto text asking if my experience was good or bad, I replied bad and it said someone would contact me to discuss the issue. That was 18 days ago and no one has contacted me. I never write reviews but since I've tried to have this conversation privately 3 times with them, I guess they prefer people go to public forums than to hear feedback directly.

Alim Dzhelilov went out of his way to support me in getting my vehicle and ensuring it was smooth process, they negotiated fairly and didn’t try to pressure me into things I don’t need. I’m very happy!

Rahul and his helper Romeo were most helpful and friendly. My wife and I left the dealership feeling that we had been delt with professionally, fairly and had received extremely good value with our transaction. Thank you!!! She’s a beauty….Our 5th Ram!!!! Beautiful dealership!!! We would recommend South Trail Chrysler to anyone!!!

We bought a brand new jeep wrangler from Rahul. He is absolutely the best salesperson you can find. He is their top salesperson, now I understand why. if you are looking to buy a new or used vehicle, ask for him.
