Had a fantastic experience with the team at South Trail Chrysler. Jonathan was excellent — he took the time to ensure I got everything I wanted and even made himself available after hours to document a few changes I needed. Tatiana was professional and knowledgeable, walking me through all the vehicle features and getting everything set up exactly how I wanted. Moe worked through several financing scenarios with me until we found the perfect fit for my budget. Great service all around — highly recommend the South Trail Chrysler team. My review will be specifically about the people I dealt with since many people work there. Alim is a sales manager who helped me throughout the entire process. It’s important to mention that this was my first time buying a used car from a dealership, so I had a lot of questions about everything: documents, the sales process, and, of course, the car itself. Alim was transparent, honest, and, most importantly, not pushy. We agreed on a price, and later the dealership realized they needed to do some extra work on the car. However, this didn’t increase the price, as we had already made a gentleman’s agreement. I highly recommend Alim if you are looking for a new car. Also, a big shout-out to Moe, who guided me through the financial aspects. Moe wasn’t pushy about purchasing add-ons or insurance, and he provided us with extra information that my wife and I were looking for. Overall, if you need a car and require consultation about the process, I highly recommend Alim and Moe.

Salesman Greg was good, friendly and responsive. That's where the good ends for this dealership. I started negotiations on the Cherokee in the picture. Made an offer in person and was quickly ushered out of the dealership without a counter offer. I engaged with Greg via email outlining how I arrived at my offered price complete with local comps for my trade in and this Cherokee. They came back using out of province and out of market cherry picked comps to bash my trade value and inflate theirs. At this point I'm dealing with Luke sales manager, what a waste of time, bunch of hoops to jump through submits me an offer in writing then pulls it and inflates the price by $2000.00 because of perceived "issues" with my trade in, then tells me there's another appointment to view the Cherokee so i better put money down to hold it. I wasted 4 days on this deal only to be jerked around. I went and bought from Woodridge Ford instead, Negotiated and closed the deal in 3 hours including test drive with a professional experienced sales team. I hate dealing with time wasting dealerships like this. Rather have No car than Mopar, funny thing is the ad now shows this jeep listed $3000.00 cheaper than when i was negotiating on it, i guess their claim of "not having enough margin" falls flat when a week later you discount it by that much. ***UPDATE TO RESPONSE*** There's some real distorting of facts in your response, to make it seem like I'm a low balling tire kicker. Firstly I valued your Cherokee at $38500 based on comparables, i explained in detail how I arrived at that number. Looks like your current price is only about $2300.00 away from that now, still with no takers. As for my Trade in having "thousands of $ worth of problems" it was out of Province inspected June 2024, or less than 6000kms ago had new tires and newer front/rear brakes. It's also been in your shop since the out of province inspection in October with no mention of these "safety issues" lastly when i traded it to Woodridge ford they made no mention of the same issues. My offer was fair, and so is my review instead of rushing here to defend your actions or attack my review, perhaps learn from this and do better to operate transparently in the future.

We just purchased a 2022 Ram 1500 from Alim car side and he was absolutely awesome to deal with! He was so friendly and professional and really cared that we got the right truck for our needs. He went above and beyond the call of duty, even driving me to the registry office! I highly recommend him for your next used vehicle purchase! Also a big shout out to the detailing team, they do a really good job getting the vehicles spotless inside and out!

Disappointing Experience – Beware of Poor Service and Hidden Costs I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership. When I bought my first vehicle (a 4x4), they sold it to me with mismatched tires. As a first-time buyer, I didn’t know that using different tires on a 4-wheel-drive vehicle can cause problems. I only found out when a tire shop refused to reinstall them after winter, and I had to spend an unexpected $1,500 on a new set. On top of that, the dealership agreed in writing to fix the sunroof sunshade as part of the sale, but they never followed through. I reached out multiple times, but they ignored me completely. Eventually, I gave up and got a quote from another dealership—$1,300 to repair it. There was no communication or honesty about these issues. It felt like they were just trying to make the sale and take my money, without any responsibility afterward. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

I recently purchased a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Willys 4xe from Jonathan Orphanidis at South Trail, and the entire experience was outstanding! From the very beginning, Jonathan went above and beyond—before we even met, he sent me a personalized video introducing himself and showcasing the Jeep. That personal touch was next level and instantly got me excited. I came from out of province to check out the vehicle, and although I arrived earlier than planned, Jonathan was super flexible and made himself available without hesitation. He was incredibly kind, professional, and clearly knows his stuff—he made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Big shoutout as well to Moe Farooq, the Finance Manager. He had everything prepped and ready to go, making the paperwork quick and painless. Honestly, it was a blast dealing with this dealership from start to finish.
