I worked with Greg Kulak in pre-owned cars to get back on the road after my vehicle was deemed a total loss by the insurance co. I am very particular and a bit of a hard ass and I embrace that. Greg was completely understanding and great to work with. I got the car I wanted at exactly the price I wanted to pay. The only thing that soured the process was that the finance office does not appear to share the customer first attitude that Greg and his team do. I was pressed for time as I had left work to conclude the deal. Paying cash, you would expect a pretty quick transaction. Not so, 25 minutes after I have made FULL payment, there I still sat outside the Finance Managers office waiting for my Bill of Sale. All the apologies in the world do not sound like anything but an excuse from the boss when you take far longer than expected. Once again, this is no reflection on the sales team, they went above and beyond to see that I left happy!

I didn’t end up buying my vehicle from South Trail but only bc I found my bucket list vehicle elsewhere. I do want to say thanks a ton Alim for your outstanding customer service! I will most definitely refer friends and family to South Trail!!

they cut, and programmed an aftermarket key for my Chrysler 300c and one hour later they bring it and say the buttons don’t work, also they charged me $135 for basically a key that I didn’t need I only needed the whole thing because my original key is busted, I asked for a manager and they said there’s nothing they could do after waiting for one hour just to piss me off, and the girls at the counters are rude, one of them said “I’m here for your money” lady we’re not at a strip club, what a joke this is, I don’t recommend this place, I’m never ever coming back here again.

Hello, we are sorry you didn't have a 5 star experience with us. When you brought your own aftermarket key to be programmed we informed you that they do not always work as planned. You understood this and told us to go ahead. After doing our best to program they key you brought us, it was able to start the vehicle but some buttons would not work, just like we said was a possibility. We did not charge you the full price of $135, and unfortunately the manager was correct as far as not being able to do anything else. We tried our best, but the key that purchased elsewhere and brought in was not fully compatible. If we had provided the parts obviously we would ensure that it worked correctly. I had a fantastic experience buying from South Trail Chrysler with Alex Lopatim and the team, I got a sweet ride for a very fair price. Vehicle is in great condition and has been thoroughly gone through by their techs. They even replaced the brakes before the sale and the vehicle was detailed meticulously. No pressure sales, fair negotiation, and patient through the deal with my questions and requests. I would recommend anyone to make them a visit for their new (or new to them) vehicle needs. Worse car buying and now service experience ☹️ Bought a brand new 2024 jeep grand Cherokee only 5 months ago. Already have multiple issues- first- lane change sensor not working, then battery life came down to 49% (has to be recharged on first service) key fobs not working- took vehicle twice - they could not fixed it. Told new key fobs will be given ( not provided) waited for 2 months . Now water dripping off from the middle of exhaust system ( not from the exhaust pipe end- which is normal ) but from middle of the vehicle-which now needs further investigation. Told I will be given a courtesy vehicle to drive till issues are fixed! At drop off was told it’s a rental vehicle ( must be refuelled and cleaned before returning) and when I asked about my vehicle’s fuel and cleaning ( no answer ) I have lost all my hopes with this dealership now! My biggest regret was buying from these guys!! Buyers be aware!

Hello Sarpadam, we are sorry you didn't have a 5 star experience with us, but I feel a few clarifications are in order. When you first came to us with key fob issues, we were unable to replicate the issue. It is not that we couldn't fix it, but we couldn't find an issue to fix. Once we determined the issue and were able to replicate it, a warranty update was released to address the issue and was completed. As far as the courtesy vehicle that we offered you, we have a standard agreement. We are giving you a vehicle to drive while yours is in service. The agreement simply states that it will be returned in the same manner in which it was given. Full of fuel, clean etc. Just like you are responsible for fuel in your own vehicle when you drive it, you are also responsible for the fuel in a loaned vehicle. I am not sure why you think we should fill your vehicle with fuel, but we always do our best to offer a courtesy wash after service.
