I've been going here for about 8 years for service on my truck. While nobody likes paying for vehicle repairs they've always been fair with me. They quoted me around $3200 to do a repair on something. Then after doing the repair, they said they didn't have to do some of the work they expected so it came in around $600 cheaper. I wouldn't have known the difference but it is telling of their character.

Had the service engine light come on but could not get an appointment anywhere to find out what was wrong. I called here and they told me to come right in and they would scan the code and let me know if it was ok to keep driving. It turned out my battery was low and they gave me a price for a new one. I was not charged anything for the service even though I didn’t get a new battery from them. This kind of service is unheard of now a days and was very much appreciated. I will recommend everyone to go here if you want to be respected and fair treatment.

I had the pleasure of working with Morgan yesterday, he was very attentive and helpful with any questions I had. He was very informed with the vehicle I was interested in and was there to help me! Unfortunately the car they had just wasn’t a match for me however if one day a jeep is Morgan will be the guy I go to first!

Bought a used car from South Trail Chrysler. The entire AC system needed to be replaced - compressor was leaking, condenser line was leaking, as well as all the seals, and the alignment was out on the rear causing severe tire wear on one wheel. "Our mechanics have gone through it" - they didn't do anything. Never again will I buy from these crooks, this costed me thousands in repairs for something with less than 126,000km on it.
