Very clean great customer service they have my dream vehicle maybe one day. Not sure name of salesman tall guy with Australian accent I think with long goatee was amazing even though wasn't buying a vehicle just a pleasure to talk too.

I had refinancing done for my truck with Moe. He decreased my bi weekly payment so much I didn’t think I would qualify for. Moe was also very efficient and answered all the questions I had. Thank you so much Moe!

Lee Pornasdoro and the staff at South Trail Chrysler were so helpful when my car died and I needed a replacement asap. They had me sit in cars in the showroom to see what I felt most comfortable in and then checked their used stock of cars to match my needs. I am so happy with my 2023 Jeep Compass. When I picked up my car they had arranged for my new license plates, installed them and had a representative sit with me a review all the features on my car before I drove off, I could not be happier.

My wife and I recently bought a pre-owned vehicle here, we had an excellent experience. Lee helped us out with everything, he was incredibly courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. When we took delivery, Lee went in early that morning to make sure the vehicle was detailed and everything was taken care of. I'd highly recommend Lee and South Trail Chrysler, we are very happy with our vehicle and our experience.

I found a listing for a vehicle on Marketplace through this dealership. After looking at the vehicle I made an offer that was accepted. The deal was subject to some work that needed to be completed on the vehicle (check engine light was on, and vehicle originally kept cutting out so I couldn’t test drive it right away). During the 3 week period that the vehicle was being fixed there was very poor communication between myself and the sales department, but also it appeared there was poor communication between the maintenance and sales department within the dealership. I often had to call myself to get an update on the vehicle. When we finally made arrangements to pick up the vehicle, the plans kept changing and it ended up the vehicle wasn’t even fixed yet. Another unfortunate incident was that while I was searching on Marketplace one day I happened to notice that the vehicle was listed again, ironically for approximately $5000 more than the original list price. Sadly, this was listed while my offer was still pending. Thankfully we did get our deposit back fairly quickly.

Regarding the price change you noticed, while the vehicle price was updated due to the repairs that were needed, we want to assure you that we honored the original price we quoted and did not increase it despite the additional work required. We understand how seeing the vehicle re-listed at a higher price while your offer was still pending may have caused concern, and we regret any confusion this may have caused. We’re grateful that we were able to return your deposit quickly and apologize again for not meeting your expectations. We’ll be reviewing our internal processes to improve communication and ensure a more seamless experience for future customers. We hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future.
