I am so impressed with the service I recieved from South Trail Chrysler. I live out of town and Param Singh was exceptional at communicating and organizing a deal on a specific truck I have been looking for. The truck was exactly as he described and in excellant condition. The negotiated price was very reasonable. No pressure on extra options offered, just information shared. A shout out to Hailey in Finance. All the details went smoothly and I couldnt be happier.

Looking to get into a new ride!! Remember this name!! Rahul Gupta!! Remember this Dealership!! South Trail Chrysler!! South Trail staff does everything to make you welcome! Coffee, water and wait!!! A sports lounge?! Enough about the dealership. Rahul gave me the 10 Star Experience! Thank You Rahul! Yes he’s there for a reason, and yes he’s a salesman. He put zero pressure on me. He listened to what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. Rahul talked to me about the difference in the jeeps and at no point in time did he try to up sell me. Rahul is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and as much as he wanted a sale, he also wanted and succeeded in giving me the greatest experience. Eduardo Matheus also gets a shout out!! Thank you for getting the deal closed and also taking the time in walking me through the fine details. They’re about Family. As such I was treated as they would treat their family. I recently bought a 2024 Jeep Compass here and I had a great experience. Shout out to John - Johnathan Jordan. He was so welcoming, knowledgeable, attentive and taking time to understand my needs without any pressure. He is genuinely honest and offers best advice regardless of your credit. Absolutely no judgement as well. Would definitely recommend asking for him when you get there. His customer service is amazing as he listened and understood my situation and in the end made it all work. I’m grateful and happy. Thank you for all your help John.

Bought a new Pacifica recently and had a bit of a bumpy start with the delivery. BUT, shout out to Rahul for saving the day! This guy really cares about his customers and went above and beyond to fix things for me. He's a total pro and way easier to deal with than his manager (just sayin'). If you're looking for a car at South Trail, ask for Rahul - you won't regret it!

Level of incompetency is unbelievable. Took us less than a minute for them to get a deposit on a vehicle but then something went sideways and end up wouldn’t get a vehicle. so now it’s been more over a month to get a refund on my deposit. Had me drive in to their dealership just to tell me they couldn’t give the money back but only to cut me a cheque which will then take 3-5 business days on top of over a month on waiting. Good luck! with putting your money deposit on any of their vehicles. And if it doesn’t workout they’ll put you and your money on hold! Beware. You’re worthless of their time cause you are no longer buying vehicles from them. That’s absurd

My review is difficult to decide. The whole experience was great, the salesman was nice, the finace team was phenomenal however my issue with the whole process was the sales guy had no idea what the vehicle cost. He was able to accurately tell me what the monthly payments would be and conveniently enough they were just below the maximum i told them I would be willing to pay. I ended up buying a demo vehicle and after doing research I paid more than the average because they were focusing on my maximum payments instead of what the vehicle was worth. Did I get good service, yes. Did I get the vehicle I want, yes. Did I pay more that I should have and do I feel that they sleezed me on the price, yes. It's my fault I trusted them to be fair and it's my fault I didn't ask for the price of the vehicle over the monthly payments. Once I drove home with my vehicle I felt ripped off instead of excited I got the vehicle I wanted. Lesson learnt, don't talk monthly payments and if your sales guy doesn't know what the vehicle is worth, tell him to leave and find another person who understands what they are selling and the true cost of the vehicle your buying. Who doesn't know the cost of what they are selling?? To summarize, I felt south trail being a Chrylser dealership would not be as low as a used sale dealership but after m experience, I thought about the process I feel they are just as shady as a fly by night car lot. My bad for not forcing them to tell me the full price of the vehicle but lesson learnt for all future vehicle purchases, ask and demand the full cost of the vehicle before agreeing to purchase.

Disappointing Experience I recently purchased a 2024 Pacifica from South Trail Chrysler and I'm extremely disappointed with the overall experience. While the initial sales process seemed transparent and honest, it quickly became clear that this was not the case. I was informed that my chosen vehicle was located outside of Calgary, but I was not told about all of the options for getting it to the dealership. Only after we close the deal it was given two choices: have it driven to the dealership with 800km already added to the odometer, or pay almost $2,000 out of pocket to have it transported on a truck. This crucial information about the mileage was not disclosed upfront. I had been very clear throughout the negotiation process that the car price and financing payments were already at the very top of my budget. To be presented with this unexpected dilemma and hidden cost after the deal was done felt like a bait and switch tactic. I felt trapped into choosing the option with the high mileage due to the lack of transparency about the delivery process. Had I known the full costs upfront, I might have reconsidered this purchase altogether. To add insult to injury, the only affordable option left me with a brand new car that already had 800km on it. This is equivalent to two months of driving for me, essentially taking away the 'new car' feeling I was hoping for. I contacted the store manager to express my concern, but he was dismissive and made it seem like they were doing me a favor. He didn't even attempt to compensate for this inconvenience. I'm shocked at the lack of transparency and poor customer service, especially from a high-end brand like Chrysler. It's incredibly disheartening that a dealership representing a brand like Chrysler would operate this way. It feels like they prioritized their own convenience and profit over my satisfaction as a customer. If you are looking to do any deals with them, I recommend you to not assume that they will mentioned all the cost upfront.

Hello Elisson, we are sorry to hear that you don't feel like you had a 5 star experience with us. When very specific vehicles are requested, and they are in limited stock throughout the country, it can be very difficult to acquire them from elsewhere. We always try and locate those vehicles from the closest possible location, but if only one or two exist we have to get them from wherever we can. As you mentioned we let you know the vehicle was located in another city and were given 2 options for getting it here. In the vast majority of these situations the vehicle is driven here and will have a few hundred km's on it depending on where it came from. Alex Kubyshkin is hands down the best manager at this dealership! He helped us with absolutely everything and guided us through every step of the process of purchasing our 2020 Ram. Our situation with financing was quite complicated, but thanks to Alex, everything went perfectly. We were very nervous at first, but there was no need to worry—Alex handled everything with such professionalism and care. If I could, I would personally recommend giving Alex a well-deserved bonus. This is by far the best dealership in Calgary, and it’s all thanks to their incredible team. Thank you so much, Alex, for making this experience stress-free and seamless!

We bought a brand new 2024 Jeep compass from Maecen. He was amazing finding the exact vehicle we needed with all the options right for us. So much new technology yet he explained everything patiently and made sure we were comfortable with everything. I will be recommending Maecen without a doubt to spread the word.
