Five years ago I bought a used vehicle From here, In 2019 about a brand new Dodge ram 1500 on a lease for a large amount of money to build my credit then in 2023 I trade in the Dodge gave me bottom dollar for it with all extras and still under warranty. I got a Dodge 2023 ram 3500 Cummins diesel for 82,000 after all the extras that the finance people talk to you into another 6000 just for some free oil changes and undercoating paint protection then I get a call from a guy about my first vehicle I bought. I had high interest for bad credit and so they called me tell me to come on in and will get you into With a cheaper financing percentage I went in and told them my credit was really bad because my line of credit on my credit cards is all rocked up and that I would not be approved for a vehicle at this point but no matter what they just pressure you into it and then they’ll hit your credit multiple times from all different banks just to try to make the sale of the vehicle and I find that very disrespectful and they do not understand the customer. They’re just worried about the sale. Not the after effects, what they do to people trying to sell them a vehicle. The end of the story is no did not get approved, but they drop my credit a lot

Purchased a used truck from this car dealership 2 weeks ago and was very satisfied with the whole experience. My husband was looking at the options and a very kind gentlemen named Noel was nice enough to take his time and explain to my husband as to what the best option is for him. We had a budget that we needed to stick to and he was kind enough to help us based on what we can afford. Highly recommend and will come back for future purchase :)

My Wife was on the fence about getting a new vehicle so we decided to browse and see if something jumped out at us. We went into South Trail Chrysler and were greeted by reception who quickly introduced us to Maycen. Once in his office he was very professional, offering us Water/Coffee and then quickly got to know our wants/needs & wishes if we were to purchase a new vehicle. After some browsing we found a vehicle we really liked and took it for a test drive. Maycen went over all the features and answered all our questions as we went through the vehicle. We decided to proceed with the purchase and Maycen handed us over to finance where we met Eduardo, he quickly offered us Coffee/Water and then went through all the purchasing details. He reviewed all the protection plans and wasn't pushy about the process but made sure we were well informed to make the proper decision. After everything was completed our vehicle was already for us to drive off the lot same day. The following day we were curious about making a chance to our financing even though everything was submitted. Eduardo didnt mind going back into our file and resubmitting new paperwork to meet a request of ours. He really went above and beyond for us and wanted to ensure we were happy. Our experience with this dealership was nothing short of perfect. The entire team was polite and professional. We felt valued as customers and I defiantly plan to come back and purchase my next new vehicle. Thank you Maycen, Eduardo & the south trail team for everything.!

I recently had the pleasure of buying a 2023 Ram 1500 from South Trail. I’ve bought many vehicles from dealerships over the years, but the experience here by far exceeds any other. From start to finish, all in a few hours, Rahul made me feel very comfortable, he had meticulous knowledge of the product and placed zero pressure on me to buy, but rather, respected my time and my consideration of other vehicles that I was looking at elsewhere. I would definitely recommend Sales Manager Brad, and sales Executive Rahul to anyone that is in the market for a new or used vehicle. 5 stars aren’t enough actually!!
