The worst service imo, booked an appointment for transmission service, came to book it in person, waited an hour for them to confirm that they can do the work. When I came for the appointment they took the car for 4 hours to inform me afterwards that they couldn’t perform the service. If you want to waste your time, nerves, and money, they are the experts.

I used to take my vehicle which was purchased here for all my maintenance as they used to be wonderful. I recently took my 2018 Jeep in for an oil change and they told me I needed a new radiator and 5k worth of work due to "wear and tear". I took it for an inspection and 2nd opinion with another mechanic only to find out my vehicle is in great condition. I do need new tires as they are down to a 4.0 but STC never mentioned this to me, just 5K in parts that I did not need. Was very disappointed in a dealership I once trusted for all my vehicle maintenance.

I just spoke to Alim from this dealership regarding a 2020 Jeep Rubicon they have in their Used inventory. Alim called me after Isubmitting my offer online(through Auto Trader) an amount that I thought is reasonable based on my few months research on this vehicle (Province and Nationwide). Alim wanted to kniow why my offer was lower than the asking price. I pointed out that I am bargaining based on other vehicles on the market. I must add that from the get-go Alim was unprofessional as they were demanding I provide proof of why without test driving their vehicle I would make such an offer. I explained that I had test driven a few similar vehicles and was trusting that theirs(as a reputable dealership) is as advertized(no false advertizing), the key factors for me being vintage, mileage, previous ownership, status, condition and all advertized specs listed. I stated on my offer that if all checks out and if agreeable on the price I would transact by end of the week. I challenged Alim to do his research to see if there were similar vehicles. Alim sent me their personal cellphone number and asked me to send them a link to prove that I am not a liar. I took offence to such an accusation but still politely asked him why they needed the link and if they (Alim and team) have some type of price matching program? Alim said it's because my ask is just ridiculous and they want to prove that I am just low-balling and lying about similar vehicles in the market and am just wasting their time which is costly. Alim checked and found 4 similar vehicles on Kijiji that are priced higher than theirs . I told him to check other platforms as Kijiji is not the only auto marketplace. Alim kept teasing me on how I am probably comparing their vehicle with 'shady' dealerships or private sellers who are hiding problems with their cars even after I told Alim that I test drove similar vehicles from reputable dealerships in Calgary and Edmonton. On my offer and on the telephone call with Alim, I mentioned that I was initiating a negotiation dialogue so that I don't waste their time or mine by booking a test drive if not willing to budge on price. In my offer I stated that I am ready to transact by end of this work week if agreeable and everything checks out. Alim could have simply ignored my offer, countered with a base ask price, or professionally solicited a visit to their dealership to have a one on conversation. Even after asking Alim a few times if providing a link to similar priced vehicles would make them consider discussing my offer when I show up foe the test drive, Alim insisted that there was no way, they just want to prove that I am a liar who is just wanting to waste their time and purchase their vehicle on the cheap. I asked Alim why they would make such assumptions and accusations for someone they don't know and only had had a few minutes conversation with and Alim hung up the phone on me and continued to text me from their cellphone. I advised that I will be posting a review on their websitr and there you have it. Alim's behaviour probably does not represent the culture at this dealership but surely left an indelible impressiion on me. Percy K

One of most shadiest Dealerships I have ever seen. I got a car from these and these guys just put up grease or some kind of black stuff to cover Cover up the spots on the car like the paint is getting off even on the side of the doors. Or put up grease to cover up other scratches and where the pain is getting off. After a month when u wash your car you can see where they have done some work to cover up scratches after month or so everything is visible as soon as the polish gets off the car. And the brake callipers have enough rust buildup that every time you press the break it makes so much noise. The advice their red seal technician gave was take it to a stony Trail go about hundred km per hour and start pressing break so the brake pads get settled in. That was the best advice that the red seal technician gave and even after driving it for about 2000 km it still makes the same noise.

You agreed to purchase the vehicle in the condition it was in and nothing was hidden from you, We have never and will never use "grease" to cover something up. Went to see the manager. I waited for him for an hour. I not waited. After another reminder call, he was surprised that I was still in the salon and asked me to wait another 5 minutes, but not showed up. Thank you for being "respectful" to a potential customer. 1 out of 5
