Hello we got this 2020 ram 2500 Big Horn, dealing with Greg was awesome the crew we dealt with was great and the truck was what we were told it was, it was worth the drive to Calgary for it, Thanks again Greg and the crew for your time.

Bought my new vehicle here, only place I’ve ever taken it for service since I had it included in the new sale. Today took it to a new mechanic shop and he pointed out they stripped my lug nut on the oil pan and left all my air filter screws loose . Disappointing but not the end of the world . Enough to not return for a service though !

Gosh I was looking for my original review regarding my exceptional service. The owner Mike, the engineers he brought in the whole team that helped me with my jeep grand Cherokee summit! I vowed when it came to buy a new car, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! So much so, I would have driven across the country to make a deal because of the service I received a few years back! And well, we went in yesterday with the same old tired vehicle that was not doing so well! Brad, and maycen were the 2 guys for the job! And they smacked me into my dream car ina Dan out same day, took my very expensive problem off my hands and I’ll say it again! WHEN IM READY I’ll be back for another🤌🏽 you have me as a long standing customer because of how amazing you all are! Jeep girl for life over here and I know just the guys to do it!

My husband and I just purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit from Alim and are extremely happy with our purchase & experience 😀 Alim was friendly, knowledgeable & professional. He was a pleasure to work with, even coming in on his day off! Every step, from viewing our vehicle to driving it home, was effortless. Alim even drove us to the Registry office and back. He is a very conscientious and accommodating Sales Executive and made every effort to ensure that our experience & purchase was exceptional. Our Jeep was impeccably cleaned and had a full tank of gas! And, we each got a wicked Jeep Hat! We ❤️ our JEEP and couldn't be happier with our experience with Alim at South Trail Chrysler.
