Didn't buy my car here, but when I lost the security key for my lug nuts, Jed R. helped me out by replacing the locking lug nuts for regular ones - for free! I was expecting to pay a bundle for a new key. Really appreciate it! I'll be sure to come by for a proper service sometime. Thank you guys!

Purchased two vehicles in the matter of a week, one for ourselves and one for a family member at two different locations. I have to say that South Trail service has been top notch and above and beyond expectations, well above what we experienced at the second dealership. We had an issues with transit to BC, and a service issue on the second vehicle that they were order to sort out without delay. I also come here regularly for service on my work vehicle even though we now have Chevy Equinox's instead of Dodge Journeys!

I was in South Trail yesterday having my truck repaired. I was completely blown away by how amazing Nadine and the shuttle driver were. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Both of them went over and above for me. A very big thank you to the shuttle driver for his customer service and kindness. I'll definitely be back!!!

This review related to service department only ! I’ve always been a fan of this dealership, but I my last visit to the service department left me pretty frustrated. I came in with a specific issue about my car, and I tried to explain it clearly, but the service person just didn’t seem to get what I was saying. It felt like we were on totally different pages, which was a bummer. To top it off, I got hit with a charge for a repair that had nothing to do with why I was there. This extra work was briefly mentioned to me upfront, but honestly it felt like it was a sneaky add-on. I’m not one to complain, but this experience wasn’t what I’ve come to expect from these guys.

Great experience with salesman jonathan I was in dealership just to look for the offers going on. But he got skills to make a deal. Which make my mind for buying this beast ❤️.

Fantastic experience with salesman Jonathan O., would highly recommend him if you are looking for a vehicle. Jonathan is very straight forward and direct, honest, and to the point. At the end of the day, I feel I was treated fairly and walked out happy with my new-to-me ZR2, while still feeling like I got a good deal.

I add two stars only because I drove a new car 1.5 years ago, but after that, it went through several warranty repairs, turned out to be unreliable, and now I have been waiting for two weeks for a response from this company and my car does not work properly. Warranty repairs work disgustingly.

Overall, the experience with South Trail I’ll rate at 4.5. We bought a new 2023 Ram 1500 Sport in June of 2024. On taking receipt of the truck, it was identified that the stereo was not functioning properly, all passenger side speakers and subwoofer had no output . We agreed to continue with the purchase, and cover the repair as warranty. This resulted in us getting a loaner 1500 Sport with no conditions for just over 6 weeks. Why agree to go through all the hassle? The build/spec sheet was exactly what we wanted. The service through this experience by the dealer staff was actually VERY good: they communicated every few days on updates, very professional and the loaner of a truck off the lot amongst other customer experience “do’s”. Well done guys. I’m am normally a “fast review “…but I decided to give a full 12 mo of interactions in warranty and service before I reviewed. Service since then has been pleasant and efficient as well. The truck, you ask? AWESOMENESS. Lifted, tires, box liner, and a few other goodies to make it “ours”. Thanks South Trail
