Best car buying experience of my life! Alan Mulder went above and beyond for me. I would recommend Roy Nichols to anyone looking to buy a car. If you have less then questionable credit and think a new car is out of reach don't bother shopping around don't listen to those other dealers pick up the phone and call Alan. I thought a new car was impossible for me to get, I shopped around from dealer to dealer and after I don't know how many no's I was introduced to Alan Mulder he made every effort to get me into a car he answered all my questions was quick to respond and was able to get me exactly what I wanted. Now I'm in a new car and couldn't be happier. Thank you so much Alan seriously Thank you!!

Always friendly and accommodating, regardless of the circumstances. From Dave in the Parts dept, to Glenn and Melissa in service. Very knowledgeable. The service guys are top notch, and are quick to offer maintenance tips and sound advice.

Car broke down across the street with my child and dog. It was hot outside. Luckily the car made it across the street. I was invited inside with my dog and they helped me right away. It was a cadillac so i thought it would be a couple thousand dollars in repairs. I left with a 216.00 bill. It was a belt in the engine that broke. So greatful to have broken down by a professional dealership. I will be back when i need a new car. Thanks ROY

Great service. I had a weird wobble I took to these fine folks to have a look at and me like a dork forgot to leave my lug nut key in my truck so they couldn't remove my wheels. They shuttled me home to get it which tied up their bay and delayed my diagnosis, turning my 30 min diagnosis into about 75 min but they didn't charge me the delay. Thanks guys and gals.
