Went here this morning with my wife to trade both are jeeps for a van and a truck but no body got off there ass to help us and when i asked if anyone wanted to make a sale to the lady at the front she said hold on then went and spoke with someone els about something totally different i will never go here again and you guys lost out on two sales today good job guys keep up the fantastic customer service

Dave, sorry I was not able to respond earlier as I was in an area with no cell service. Unfortunately we did not get you taken care of Saturday as we ended up being very short handed re circumstances beyond our control. This lead to staff being tied up with several clients at the same time for a majority of the day. Not something we planed to have happen, I apologize that we did not get you taken care of. We do value your time and if your still looking to replace a vehicle we would still love to assist. I had originally given this dealership 5 stars for the initial service but the months following were really embarrassing for FCA. After completing our lease order on January 24th (taking advantage of the 4x4 deal), we were completely in the dark until April having no contact from Wellington. I had initiated contact several times but was given no clear answer until mid March when the employee decided to respond saying our vehicle had an issue and our lease payment would probably be going up. As a graduate student on a tight budget, this is scary news. I had to contact Chrysler employee lease and have my corporate lease extended until this dealership could figure out their end of things...which didn't happen until I had to file a complaint with FCA customer care. Even then, the sales rep and the finance department could not figure out how much the lease would be and it changed 3 times over the 45 minute period that we were finalizing our insurance. I'm still receiving emails because of the complete and utter lack of communication between members of the dealership after picking up the lease almost a month ago. In summary, my experience was really disorganized, no one communicates with the customer or each other, total lack of professionalism, and as the daughter of a 35 year Chrysler family, I was really embarrassed for FCA and I hope other people don't have a similar experience...because it drove me to the point of looking at switching automotive companies (to VW).

We have in the past bought a Dodge ram 2013 and last year a Trailhawk Jeep Cherokee. Both times we dealt with the sales rep. Marina Cal. She was not only friendly, professional and a delight to work with but she also got to know her customers needs, wants and what the customer could afford. We also deal with the service department and have never been disappointed. Sam Kassa on the service desk always remembers the customer. He is personable, professional and takes the time to explain items or problems that may occur. We really enjoy working with him. Recently, we were notified per telephone, email and letter that it would be a good time to trade-in our Dodge Ram. We actually have been very satisfied with it but thought we might look into this. So we took the journey into Wellington Motors. Unfortunately, many things have changed and alot of the personnel has changed and not all is for the better. Needless to say though, Wellington Motors still 'fought' for this resale. Our first representative was friendly, but did not check our past file nor understood that 'we' specified that we do not NEED to sell and we wanted the same our better vehicle as a trade. We take pride in knowing the car market and research alot before walking on the lot. this representative was not qualified nor had the knowledge needed to sell us a vehicle. This must have become evident to management and was quickly rectified and Vanessa MacGregor took over our trade requirements and fixed all the problems. Not only was she pleasant, friendly and professional but she knows her 'stuff' and what the customer wants, needs and she also does not try to over sell items ,but gives pros and cons on many aspects and takes her time on the contract. She does not rush the customer. Once again, very pleased in the end to be dealing with Wellington Motors. All staff and reception always friendly and greet you and ask you if they could help.
