I give SMP my highest accolades. Rebecca Friesen, a service advisor is exceptional. Her advice and assistance has helped me to save high cost of repair and stress.When my car was brought to SMP service shop, she checked thoroughly what the problem was and found out that the engine is one of those faulty ones. She immediately contacted me and the dealership where the vehicle was purchased regarding the problem. Through her efforts, the vehicle was given the extended warranty which saved us from spending too much money on repairs plus the sleepless nights. Hats off to SMP especially to Rebecca who really did a great job.

Horrible experience, Dan is who I felt with. The whole crew is very unwelcoming. Bought 2 vehicles there and by the looks of it will never buy another one there again. Don’t waste your time

Brandon and logan went to war for me to get me the best deal possible and i am truly grateful for all their hard work. People have to understand that these things take time. I bought a 2016 sports car off of them at the dealership they were very nice and i paid a lot for this car and it only has around 70,000km on it. two days after i buy the vehicle my brakes go on the car and so i have to bring it in to get it fixed, while it was there it was broken in to and my window was smashed and everything. It has been 2 weeks without my vehicle now and i live outside the city and this happens two days after i buy the car
