Over at SMP, I had the pleasure of meeting Riley Berry (Sales & Leasing Representative). I was remarkably pleased with his customer service and fair negotiation skills. He made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He also went the extra distance to complete the sale of my vehicle and make sure the terms of negotiation agreement when purchasing was met. His level of quality customer satisfaction and service is the type of saleperson I look for when going to the dealership. Riley not only goes above and beyond, he is professional, friendly, a fair and honest negotiator, also diligent in his role. I'm happy to shop SMP and purchase a vehicle there knowing there's good people like him working at SMP. Riley will be my go to guy in the future if and when I choose to buy another vehicle. Thank you Riley Berry, keep up the excellent work, definitely highly recommended and appreciated.

So I've been a customer for a long time with smp and I recently had a horrible experience with them that made me think I'd never bring my vehicle back to them ever. About a month ago they replaced the struts on my vehicle and few days ago they started clunking pretty bad ( mind you if you're driving on the highway and your struts give out you could lose control over your vehicle leaving you and the people around you in danger !) so I brought it back to them and they fixed it, However I was waiting for an apology from them which is the least they could have done, but Nope. Most places if they wrong a customer of theirs they offer them a discount or free service next time you visit them but apparently that's not a thing there at SMP. A simple apology from them would have made me feel appreciated. And I'm trading my vehicle at another dealership who care about their customers and their safety.
