Mark Kasparian was awesome to work with. He listened to both mine and my wife’s concerns with our current vehicle which allowed him to pick out the perfect choice for us. This was the second time I have brought my vehicle to this location and will be my last!! Both times I was told it was first come first serve and it would be a 2 hour wait so I've chose to wait at home. Both times I've had to call after 6 plus hours to find out the status of my vehicle. Both times the work was still not complete. Unacceptable!!

1.5 year Update: I bought my dodge coming up to 2 years now. During the first year of having this car the engine light has been on almost for the first 2 year I’ve had this car. It is super frustrating not knowing what is wrong with this so called brand new vehicle, after driving back and forth to the dealership. I am super annoyed, the remote starter will not even work because the engine light is on 🙄🙄🙄🙄. I just had it sent to their shop for a 4 day repair only to have the engine light come back on after 1 week🙄🙄🙄 well see if this can be figured out this tim I’ll be dropping the car off to the shop again after the 1 millionth time for this so called brand new vehicle... they expect you to drop your car off for the day... umm well I work and have to drop and pick up the kids from school for something that I did not cause ... 🙄🙄🙄

Great experience purchasing my Jeep at South Trail Chrysler. Staff was great, really nice large location. Brad Shannon let us take an extended test drive over the weekend which was unique and really helped me imagine life with the vehicle. Alex Gillis wasn’t a pushy salesman which I really appreciated, very attentive and easy to get ahold of.
