Had a very nice experience with the parts desk. Came in to see about the price on a new mirror cover for my vehicle, the male not only priced it out, showed me exactly what all the prices are from two or one cover. He looked for the best price that he could, and have recommendations that could help me save a few bucks. Thank you for being honest hard workers, and answering all my questions.

I bought my truck at the Simcoe Dodge dealership but I have had all of my oil changes done here. They are super helpful and knowledgeable. I had remote issue which they replaced no problem and they do noticed my idler pulley was making noise and replaced it for me, it was under warranty but it was nice knowing they take care of their customers.

The truck is beautiful, but what a sad, sad display of customer service. Nothing but problems in my fully loaded 2 month old Laramie, and the service manager responded with "I have brand new trucks on the lot getting fixed as we speak, vehicles break." Sure gives you confidence in the brand when they have 0 concerns for safety, inconvenience or other people's hard earned $$.
