The low rating is for the salesman, wasted 2 hours of my time. Carlo's first said.. he was there on his own time. And didn't want to waste it.. so I should be more helpful in telling him what other dealers had to say!! He also lied, said someone was appraising my car, all he did was take my keys for 2 hours try to sell me a Jeep, I had not interest in. .. and then hand me the car fax print off. I told him, you just wasted 2 hours of my time.. oh wait no your time. I wouldn't get a car here is Carlos bought it for me. I went and bought somewhere else. He said he worked at Budd and made more money there. Well, you sure wont make any money with the piss poor sale attitude and lying!

Are you sure you are rating Wellington Motors Chrysler in Guelph, we have no sales staff named Carlos. Karen, A phone call or two and have tracked down Carlos is a sales person at a Chrysler store in Kitchener.

Amit here. Picked up a Jeep Wrangler unlimited sahara from Wellington recently. Hats off to Dave Schneider for his excellent customer service. Absolutely enjoyed the purchasing experience. My first time owning a Jeep and Dave provided in-depth understanding about the vehicle and its capabilities. Was interested in lifts and 33 inch tires and Dave fine tuned the perfect setup for the stance I wanted for the truck. Getting a lot of compliments from everyone I know. Also got a few gifts and goodies with the vehicle. Will definitely recommend wellington to friends and family for an awesome buying experience.
