Hi I’ve been driving an 2009 Ram 1500 since new. Sadly the rockers are done and it’s time to replace. I’m disappointed the truck hasn’t lasted longer so I’ve looked at other brands. As Hunt Club Dilawri is near my work I went in for a look. I met up with Waddah and we walked through some general details but nothing hammered out. We stayed in touch and on the following weekend agree to meet with the hopes of getting something in writing. We showed up and were greeted by Mohamed a manager. I explained my concerns with buying another Ram but he explained what the manufacturer has done and what the dealership does around quality. We got back to Waddah who began to show his skills. We walked throughout wants and needs and identified our best options for our budget. He found a near perfect truck and we agreed on adding the options needed. We then got our trade looked at and along with factory incentives came up to a price we all could agree worked. With all that ironed out I had Waddah walk me through some of the finer details. Again Waddah shined he explained what he knew and went to get the other information immediately. He was also really attentive to our personal needs making sure to bring in the rest of my family into the experience. So the deal was done and after a little back and forth on delivery all was done very well. Some of the items due on delivery were just not able to be done but agreed to at another date. What was truly amazing was that Waddah personally took the truck over to get window tinting finished up in time and actually helping get it done. Talk about going the extra. In conclusion I found the experience overall professional and respectful. I think both sides had a lot of fun but got taken care of.

I’m hugely disappointed in how I’m being treated once the sale was done. They’ve made a mistake and are refusing to rectify it. They owe me my deposit money which was supposed to be sent out over a month ago!! . They’re saying they gave me my half of the trade ownership and they didn’t. They’re not returning calls. Poor poor service from the service manager who asked that I leave it in his hands.
