Very good experience. The Dilawri team work well together. The process of buying a car had some stress but it was comfortable. No pressure.

Find it hard to believe someone would give buying a car 5* ....right. Can just see tge sales team gathered around trying to boost their rating. Bought a van (my poor wife dealt with them) and the usual smooth talking/double truths were unbelieveable. My wife wanted an oil change package to make things easier and i explained to her that you really don't save as their plans are 10-12k. I was out-of-town and conferenced in while explaining to the rep that our van will be idling a lot and so like 5k interval.NO PROBLEM HE SAYS.....till we're a few oil changes in and they tell us it's too hard on the envionment so Dilawri now does all vehicles at 10k-12k. And you guessed it nothing written on our contract...why am i even surprised. Also had a faulty speaker and they spent almost to hours testing with frequency respinse CD....could not duplicate. Jumped in van and crackling is there. Advisor listens and tells me it's station static.....Drive to Kanata and ask someone to take a look without letting them know i was just at Dilawri. ....10 min later i had an appt to chg out defective speaker. That's Service.
