I had an amazing experience at Bank Street Mazda! A huge thank you to Caleb, Georges, Sully, Kirk and of course Saad, for their exceptional service. (The receptionist was very welcoming as well) They were knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. From answering all my questions to helping me find the perfect used car, they went above and beyond. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for top-notch service. I had a very positive experience with the customer service at this dealership. Although I didn’t purchase a car because the options didn’t quite suit my needs, the staff—particularly Ayache—was extremely professional, attentive, and pleasant to deal with. He took the time to patiently explain all the choices available, making the process smooth and stress-free.

Updating my previous review in the light of further clarifications after addressing some misunderstandings with Saad, the general manager; thanks Saad. So, we just bought a car from Bank Mazda; straightforward sales process, very good experience dealing with Ayache and Saad, the general manager; we were also presented extra options for rust protection from the finance manager which we declined respectfully as we have other DIY means for rust treatment; the bonus winter tires were installed yesterday, the service centre people were polite and courteous.

I recently sold my used car (from Montreal) to these folks and the negotiation and transaction all went very very well.
