My daughter and son-in-law recently purchased a used Honda from Bank Street Mazda. There were issues identified with regards to the loan administration fee which was quickly resolved by the Sales Manager. After the delivery of the car, there were some mechanical issues that occurred which would not have been identified during the safety of the car. The dealership was quick to address these issues. They went above and beyond as they also identified another issue which was also quickly addressed. The car was able to be repaired in a timely manner and all items were properly addressed. Jordan in the service department was thorough at explaining the issues and what repairs were done. He made himself available to answer any questions and concerns. Overall, the dealership did a great job at addressing these concerns and finding a happy resolution.

We were looking for a second car and visited 6 dealers across the city. We were looking for the exact same car and mileage so that we could do an honest comparison at all of the Dealerships. We had all but given up when I was walking past Hunt Club Mazda and decided to drop in. They, coincidentally, had the exact car and mileage we were looking for. From the moment I asked for information on the car I was met with very polite exchanges with several people who worked there and from that point onward my experience was nothing less that enjoyable - hard to believe that I would ever say that about buying a car. There was absolutely no pressure - even during and after the test drive there was no pressure and we always felt like we were under no obligation. We came back the next day, asked them for their best price and the deal was done. We had almost given up as the Dealership we had visited the day before our visit to Hunt Club Mazda told us that there was no negotiating on used cars and that you buy the car "as is". This car was dirty, had a major stain on the passenger seat and black marks on the sides of the car - they would not discuss removing any of the spots or the stain. At Hunt Club Mazda, the car we purchased already looked clean and ready to go, but after the purchase Bank Street Mazda completely detailed the car, in and out. The car looked brand new. When we got home and took the summer tires out of the car there were some white marks on one of the rear seats. In a follow-up text (from the Dealership to me) I mentioned the marks and they immediately scheduled an appointment and took care of the marks - they even offered me an Uber ride to get home after the drop off. The service, before and after purchase, was so respectful and polite that it has inspired me to write my first Google Review. And a shout out to Hussein and Ayache for making our purchase a great experience.

I recently sold my grandpas car to George and he was exceptionally kind and gave the best advice and I am so happy with the offer he gave me in comparison to the other dealerships!!!!! I highly recommend dealing with George :)

Being a senior citizen, I appreciated dealing with the car salesman, Adam Singer who very personable, polite, patient, thorough and conducted himself in a very professional manner. I felt very comfortable dealing with this young man and I am sure he will have a very successful working career.

Caleb (Along with virtually every other dealership in Ottawa) reached out to me through Facebook marketplace regarding a vehicle I had listed for sale privately. It came down to a few folks that were all presenting fairly comparable offers, but went with Caleb as he was just a genuine, charismatic human throughout the whole process - even when I wasn't 😅. It's not often you feel a car salesman has your best interest in mind, and there was definitely that sentiment through my experience here.
