I recently traded in my vehicle at Bank Street Mazda and had an amazing experience! Imad was incredibly helpful and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, professional, and really went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal. I felt valued as a customer, and I’m so happy with my new vehicle. We recently sold our leased car here, and it was a great experience overall. Although we encountered a few difficulties during the process, Mohamed was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. Additionally, we accidentally left something in the car, but the team was kind enough to send it back to us. Their attention to customer service truly stood out.
