I was approached through my add for my car. I was mislead by a sale-man called Gerorge N. He seemed very nice and offered me a fair price. He got me in and then offered me half of what he promised. He was laughing and said thats the way it goes. I was so upset with how he didn't seem to care. I felt tricked and this was premeditated and seems this is what they do to get clients to come in. Be very cautious with his high pressure sales tactic.

Georges Neaimeh, takes care of there used inventory. He will message you many time to come In and get an appraisal on your car. He says they will pay you close to your asking price. When he gets you in he will waist your time take the car for a ride and say it needs lots of work. Then he will low ball you and say the car has many issues. A car with 55,000 km. Don’t be fooled by these sale tactics. Ford offered me way better trade in value and after talking to many people Mazda bank is known to doing this.

If you are planning to trade in this is a horrible dealership. Avoid at all cost. They take all your info and give you low ball offer at the end. Waste of time.

If you ever need to buy a car don't you get one from these crooks. They're terrible and they will screw you over. They have incompetent staff. Especially their "finance manager" SULLY honesty I don't even know how he got to that position.... he doesn't even know what he's selling, he has no clue. Trust me there are so many honest dealerships out there. But not this one They're scamers !!! I am actually taking them to court for all they did to me
