If you ever need to buy a car don't you get one from these crooks. They're terrible and they will screw you over. They have incompetent staff. Especially their "finance manager" SULLY honesty I don't even know how he got to that position.... he doesn't even know what he's selling, he has no clue. Trust me there are so many honest dealerships out there. But not this one They're scamers !!! I am actually taking them to court for all they did to me

I had a wonderful experience at Mazda Bank street! Adam Singer was an exceptional salesperson who truly went above and beyond to meet all my needs. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and provided valuable insights about the different cars. His extensive knowledge made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Loved doing business with Bank street mazda, Mr. Saad and Mr. Imad took good care of me. I am also happy with Mr. Solaiman the finance guy, yes we had a long conversation going back and forth but at the end of the day I am happy with what I got.

If you’re in a bind and need something fast then I would suggest Bank St Mazda for sure. The sales rep (Jawad.H) was incredibly helpful and efficient with getting me back on the road while other dealerships in the area dismissed or were just rude to me. Great customer service, awesome vehicles. Very satisfied with what I got, feels like a dream. Worth a stop!

I recently purchased a used 2023 Honda Civic, that was an amazing experience dealing with Mazda Bank Street. My salesperson was Jawad he was incredibly knowledgeable about the inventory and took the time to understand my needs. He was patient throughout the entire process , answering to all my questions and providing insights without any pressure which made the experience enjoyable. The finance manager was Zain working with him was a seamless experience. He explained all the financing options clearly and helped me understand the terms. His transparency and willingness to work within my budget made the process much easier. I appreciate his dedication to finding the best deal for me. I highly recommend Mazda bank street for purchasing your next vehicle.

Update: they belong to Dilawri Group, according to Google, that group formed by Indians. Due to my experience there, I would really think twice before working with any Indian companies by then. expensive service, they may charge for unnecessary services, making customers pay way more than needs.

Bunch of Fraudsters lined up over. Starting from the sales guys to the finance. All are fraudster. Made me to buy a mazda cx5 for 2022 worth 32K online for 39K.
