For the Service department One star!! I've purchased x 2 vehicles from Bank street in the last 6 years. I don't have any comment on the sales department other than after buying a new vehicle from a brand competitor this spring I wouldn't go back to Bank street. We experienced a far better experience with the new dealer than Bank Street. My main issue and the reason I write this today, I just had a service from a different Mazda Dealer in a different city in Atlantic Canada and the difference in the service departments is like night and day. The first vehicle I purchased at Bank street included a lifetime of oil changes that we paid for in a separate package. The last time I was in for an oil change the service department made me wait more than TWO hours in spite of having an 0800 appointment. The recent oil change at Steels in St John's I was in and out in less than 45 minutes with a follow up from the service advisor. I couldn't have been treated any more like a valued , and respected customer . Thats what it comes down to. After speaking with the Service Manager at Bank street about the two hour wait the bottom line was I got the feeling his response was useless and there was no real follow up...he offered a credit on my account , totally missed the point as far as I'm concerned...I guess what it comes down to is that once they have your money ( pre payment on any service package) they don't really care much about providing a service. I wouldn't recommend dealing with them at all for sales or service. That's the bottom line and what my experience at Bank Street Mazda has led me to conclude...Go somewhere else if you think being treated with dignity and respect is important to you!!

Peter was such a friendly and polite salesman. When my family and I walked in to look at a few cars, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. He took the time to really listen to what we were looking for and answered all our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. It was clear he genuinely cared about helping us find the right car, not just making a sale. His relaxed approach and deep knowledge made the whole experience enjoyable. We left the dealership feeling excited and well-informed about our choice. I can’t recommend him enough!

Completely unprofessional sales..... They have no idea how to do business..... Feels like they can only follow some kind of procedure no matter what I was actually looking for. Me and my friends came together. They don't explain anything including their activities or sales events. We ask for Mazda 3, sales ask which model exactly? We said gs and sales said no they only have got and doesn't want us to test drive.... Same thing happened when I asked for cx70 and 90.... Had test drive the 90 for only 10 min. Apparently He doesn't know about the car.

I went yesterday to this place to get the cx5 2024 according to what mazda put in the official site 1.9% for 36 months. But the sales manager after getting all my information and agreed on everything, called me back and said the interest is 7% for 60 months and after refusing he called me again and offered me 2.9% for 60 months!!! I felt like I was with a scammer on the phone!!!!!

I recently purchased a Maxda CX30. The experience I had in dealing with Bank Street Mazda was top notch. First off, I came in to the dealership with just the intent of test driving the CX30. I informed my sales person Ayache Houssein that I had other vehicles I also wanted to test drive and that I was not buying without test driving everything on my list. He not only respected my wishes, we didn't even talk about price. It was truly a pressure free environment. Once I decided on the Mazda 4 days late, Ayache worked hard to get the car and color I wanted before the end of the month. Ayache was professional, kind, and it was a pleasure to deal with him. Zein Jolan was the financial person I dealt with, and he took the time to explain things to me in great detail. He was also great to deal with. All in all I highly recommend Bank Street Mazda when you decide to purchase your next Mazda. Make sure you ask for Ayache, he's simply the best sales person I have ever dealt with.

It's very simple. If you love making deals and you want an outstanding service, amazing people then Bank Street Mazda is the place to go, to get all your new and used vehicles needs. I would like so specially highlight, Zach my sales rep and Soli, he is the finance manager. I really loved dealing with him, he is extremely ambitious, courteous and does not push down anything on you. Soli is amazing when it comes to crunching numbers and making deals.
