I had the pleasure of dealing with Mohammed in this dealership. He is super friendly and not pushy at all. Although we decided to keep our car for now since we need it for a bit longer, instead of selling to the dealership, they respected our decision. I am quite happy with the interaction with this dealership and I will continue going there if I need any Mazdas in the future. My friend also just got a new car there and they told me the price there is the best in town after shopping around.

Disappointed with the service team. It literally took 2hrs to diagnose a wheel bearing. At 160$/hr it cost me 320$ to have it diagnosed. They even called me because they thought my transmission was the problem at 1st. What a joke, don't have your car repaired by uneducated mechanics and go somewhere else

I had the best experience with bank street Mazda, they were friendly, helpful, welcoming and did their best to make it easy for me to get the car especially Hussein Tomeh, Charles and Zein Jolan ,Hussein gave me a good deal , he knew what I wanted and gave it to me , Charles went through every detail in the car , helped me a lot , and Zein was very helpful doing the finince for the car and finished the deal in no time. Il very happy with their service and would recommend bank street Mazda , Hussein, Charles and Zein . I wanted to thank this team for their help and kindness.
