I recently purchased a used Nissan from here, as you do from a Mazda dealership. I was fortunate enough to have Xavier as my agent, as he made the entire process super easy. It is hard to put into words, but he just comes across as a genuinely good person. He showed kindness in many small ways that, (like helping me put my Mike Wazowski ball on the new car and being patient and accommodating with my young daughter), made me feel comfortable. I never felt pushed into making any decisions and he never tried to upsell me to a brand new car that I couldn't afford. I will definitely go back to him next time I'm in the market for a car.

I had a fantastic experience at Bank Street Mazda, thanks to Jawad, my salesperson, and Kirk, the General Sales Manager. Jawad was incredibly easy to work with and understanding during my trade appraisal. He went above and beyond to help me get more money for my trade, and we were only $999 apart. Kirk took the time to explain the process of buying a used car, which made everything so much clearer and easier. Overall, everything went smoothly, and I felt well taken care of throughout the process. I will definitely be referring family and friends to this location. Thanks again, Jawad and Kirk!

July 2024 - Adam at Bank St Mazda was incredibly helpful, kind, and supportive in our search for a new car. We really appreciated his hard and swift work. Absolutely recommend his services, knowledge, and good demeanour. This was my original review after being requested to do it by a "new" dealer - Adam. I am now absolutely taking this review back and leaving 1 star. While we have heard so much about "extended warranties", we wete verbally assured by Sully and Adam that the warranty covered everything and we could cancel at anytime. I should not have trusted this verbally. We are now out $5,000 into a warranty that covers nothing. I have called and emailed Sully and Adam 5 times since January and have received nothing. This dealership is everything bad you've ever been warned about Used Car Dealerships. And we fell for it

I booked an appointment with a sales rep named Peter at 11:30. I was there with my young daughter and I just wanted to look at the car. I was on time. He never showed, she was getting hungry, so I left at 11:50. He had my number and never bothered to text me that he was running late. So I left. Then I got a call from him and he wanted me to come back. I couldn’t. I needed to get my daughter something to eat. I ended up buying another car at a different dealership. He messaged me again this morning and asked me to come in. I told him I bought another vehicle. Then he clearly got annoyed about it and continued to message me. Warned him now twice to stop messaging me. The manager there needs to explain to Peter that he needs to one, be on time and if he can’t, let the customer know. Secondly, not to harass the customer if the sale doesn’t work out. I would like to think this doesn’t reflect on the dealership as a whole.

Worst place to ever. The employee NAME“ROB ”are extremely rude and impatient have made constant racist remarks. I have several issues on my car that need to be repaired, my rear brake pads being the most critical, the technician here told me a few weeks ago that it would be dangerous if not replaced immediately, so today at ten o'clock in the morning Just bring the car. But no one called me during the process, and I started to feel confused, because usually when it comes to payment, someone would notify me by phone, but no one! instead telling me the car is all good to go when I get there. totally murder! the employee who name “ROB”. He began to shirk responsibility. When I asked why the problem in my car had not been solved, he actually told me that it was the problem with the car. So what's the point of me sending my vehicle here? Of course I knew the problem on my vehicle . When I said that he should have at least called me immediately to let me know the situation instead of returning the car to me intact, He began to shirk responsibility ,Impatient and shouted at me very rudely and said it had nothing to do with him. Disgusting face。 Worst service technicians and reception staff. Especially ROB, it’s a disgrace to the company

Booking team is terrible…You book an appointment for an oil change and expect to wait min. two hours or more…usually more. Asked them if they could look at my brake pads once during an oil change and they wanted to charge me more than $100.00/ per tire to remove each tire and look at the brakes…yes, to remove the tire x four. I booked an appointment for 11:00 one morning and decided to take my lunch early and one hour of leave to get the oil changed and arrived and they informed me that they close during lunch and my car wouldn’t be looked at until 1:00 pm!!! Hardly an 11:00 a.m. appointment, sounds more like a 1:00 p.m. appointment. When I purchased my car was offered free oil changes for the life of the car as long as I own the car, if I bought the extended warranty and paid $449.00 and because I am very cynical, I went over a bazillion scenarios how they were just pulling the wool over my eyes and I did the math in front of the dealer and after all my questions decided on the extended warranty…with the “free oil changes”. I should have listened to that little voice inside my head that said this was a scam…it was and because I decided to do regular annual maintenance elsewhere on my vehicle at a significantly reduced cost, they have decided that I no longer qualify for the “free” oil changes. I also bought the rustproof package at the time and pointed out some rust that has become visible and was told that it’s caused by stone chips and if you don’t take care of your stone chips it’s not covered. So moral of the story, listen to your inner voice that it’s just a scam and total misrepresentation because Bank Street Mazda does not stand behind what was clearly negotiated with their customers, while purchasing a new vehicle. Will never purchase here again!

We picked up a gently used CX-50 turbo from Bank Street Mazda in May 2024 and couldn't be happier! Xavier was a gem. He put us at ease, answered our questions, and helped us navigate the car-buying process. Sully was great to work with on the financing side. He worked with us on the numbers and helped us find the best option for us. It was a great experience from start to finish and we love our CX-50!
