I and my husband recently bought a pre-owned Mazda 3 sport turbo and Adam was our Sales Rep. We were impressed with his gentleman manner and friendliness. He let us take our time test driving the car and inspecting it before making the offer. When we picked it up, Adam was all smiles and let us test drive the car again after it was safetied. He even noticed that one of the remotes needed a battery and changed it before we got there. It was a great experience buying a mazda, not to mention how fun the car is to drive. Thank you Adam for making our purchase a memorable and pleasant experience!

Worst place to ever get a car. Their employees are extremely rude and have made constant racist remarks. For a trade-in, they took my documents and then would not respond as to where they were (which they ended up loosing). I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody! Try Mazda in Orleans instead.

We got a 2024 new Mazda and everything was going well until we realised that the finance guy - Sully had fooled us. Our sales guy was nice. Gave us all the deatils but the finance guys didn’t let us pay even though we had the entire amount of the car. We just asked him to give us option to see where we could save. He said go with financing and made us take a loan and said that we can’t pay it off for 7 months. That means all the interest for those 7 months go in their pockets. I was able to get information from the bank there there is no such penalty for paying the entire loan amount. We had to pay 2 weeks of interest for no reason. If this all would have been cleared by the finance person, we wouldn’t have any issues. What a waste of taking advice from a lying expert. I cold have given myself that wrong advice. Not sure how a person can give wrong legal advice just to get money out someone’s pockets. Will never recommend anyone to buy from here! Please go somewhere where you will get real advice that is not wrong.

Decided to bring in my current Mazda, looking for an upgrade. While making an appointment with the service team I signed to speak with a sales representative, left my contact info, and was contacted quickly by text, stating that a sales rep would be in contact soon. The next day I had the pleasure of being introduced to Ayache. He was very quick to set a date to come by and check out the massive collection of used cars on their lot. Not exclusively Mazda either. We met, I spent 2 hours with Ayache trying to get to a reasonable finance price for my budget, which he eventually successfully achieved. Unfortunately, after much discussion with my wife, we decided that we can hold of from the purchase a bit longer, as our current vehicle is in good working condition (at least 5 years) I gave Ayache the news this morning, and he was very pleasant and understanding (not before offering me an even lower price than discuss). As tempting as it was, the Mazda cx30 (pictured, not the exact one I was looking at, but you get the idea) will have to wait to sit in our driveway. Looking forward to dealing with Ayache again when the time comes. Hopefully soon. I really want that sweet ride.

I would give zero stars. The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I brought my car in to have the tires changed. I was belittled and offended from the moment I walked in. I was repeatedly asked if I want to "call my husband" to make decisions about my vehicle. They refused to change my tires. They told me to go home and talk to my husband and have him give them a call. I took my vehicle to another mechanic and I will never go back to this place.

I had a good experience with Bank Street Mazda. Ayache was awesome to work with - very responsive, professional, and gave me a lot of tips on what to look for when buying a new car. He made the process easy, and I really appreciated that he gave me all the time I needed to test the car and ask questions. I’m sure he was busy, but I really feel like he made the customer the top priority, and to me that’s what made him stand out. Thanks for all your help! I am loving the new car :)

I’ve had my 2021 Mazda 3 sport gt for a month and a half and I love it! Imad helped me find the car that fit my budget and met my expectations. He was very kind and easy to talk too. Sully helped me with everything that came to the financial aspect of the car, he was very clear and well spoken with the process which helped immensely. Great environment and I would suggest this dealership to anyone who’s looking for a new car!
