The site is hard to navigate.

I have never been refused to enter the auction site, but I also have never registered my personal credit card information with site and don't intend on doing so. You have my name and email information for bidding and if someone defaults on a successful bid, and you have their information, they should be ban from using the site.

I am not sure I understand the comment completely, but I will tell you that we recently switched to PayPal, a third party administration company, to handle our deposits for online bidding. The people at North Toronto Auction were all very helpful seeing that I was from out of town and bought my product on line.It was also a very exiting experience bidding on a product.I would most definitely do it again in the near future.

I preregistered, which was great because we arrived at 8 am and were allowed to go in prior to the auction to view vehicles. Both vehicles over the years I purchased I paid for and was allowed to drive home the same day thanks to the MTO office you have on site to get my 10 day permit.

Everything went well with regards to payment, however nobody was there to greet me at the gate waited approx. 15min before I approached one of your employees leaving for lunch and was directed by him to where the skidoos were for pickup, i did find another employee in the yard he then took me over to view the skidoo and proceeded to start and load skidoo that was not mine, luckily i was having a little difficulty with this particular skidoo which ended up not being mine a little bit of confusion with numbers? A second employee advised me the one I was given was not the one i had purchased! lucky for me because the skidoo was in much worse condition than the one that I had purchased and brought home!

We have already started working some operational procedures as we found that wait times for pick ups were getting a little long.
