Hi Douglas. Thank-you for the 5 stars! Many of our customer's prefer to pay with credit cards for various reasons and we have a third party company handle those transactions. We do accept cash, interac, bank draft, and certified funds as well. Also we don't expect full payment until the Tuesday after the Saturday auction so you have time to make arrangements that suit you best. Thanks again for the business. See you soon. Matt

Thanks for the review Michael. In 2006 we became the first Canadian auction to offer online purchasing to public buyers. Most of our competitors still only offer this convenience to dealers. Our auction fees are set to market value and the costs of doing business. The alternative would be not to offer this service to public buyers, but the people who use it love the convenience when the cost of travel and time to attend the auctions easily outweigh the fees charged.

Thanks for the review Daniel! In an auction environment sometimes prices can get high, on the other side of the coin there are some steals as well. Not every item we auction is going to be a steal. That is why we always say "pay what you want to pay". Everyone's comfort zone is different. I am not sure about the "rigged" comment. I think you are giving us to much credit! Thank-you for the review Mohammad. I'm not sure when you had visited us but as with every auction, prices vary depending on attendance, economy, weather and a ton of other factors. After some auctions I hear from customers that prices were high today and at the exact same auction I hear from an ecstatic buyer who "stole" their purchase. That's what makes an auction so exciting! Our auctioneers dictate the opening bid in many cases based an market value of the vehicle. If we allowed the buying crowd to open every vehicle, it would literally take two days to complete the auction. Offering 800 vehicles every two weeks in matter of 6 hours requires a fast paced environment and controlling the opening bid is one way we can control the timing. The auctioneer does allow the crowd to open the vehicles when timing allows. Some of our vehicles do have "minimums" or "reserves" . We don't hide this. These minimums are agreed upon by the auction and our consignors. Remember we only succeed when the vehicle sells! Thanks again for the review and the opportunity for me to comment. Matt
