James is very personable and takes time to listen to what we needed.He did not pressure us in any way but was great to offer suggestions as to what vehicle would suit our needs the most.We left the dealership relaxed and pleased with are choice.We would highly recommend him to our friends who may be in the market for a new car.Thanks James.Gisele

James sold me my first car. He was very nice and positive, always offered us coffee or lattes. He focused on what was important to me when buying a car. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Great initial meeting with used car sales staff as well as the service department staff. EXTREMELY disappointing follow-up from the used car sales team!! There was no desire to help me find a vehicle at all!! We ended up going to a different make of car after being VERY happy Honda owners for the last 11 years. SO disappointing!
