James was professional and provided a comprehensive orientation to my new CRV which was very much appreciated. . This vehicle had a bit more technology than I was used to, but thanks to James I am now confident and have an understanding of its functions. Had to take the wife’s car in for a serpentine belt replacement. Staff were courteous and friendly and a pleasure to talk with. Would bring my car back here anytime.
