I couldn't be happier with my experience with Brad Shannon and the rest of the South Trail Chrysler dealership team. They are very professional and know how to treat their customers well. We have taken our Grand Cherokee here before for services and they have always been great, however today was outstanding. We had a screw in the sidewall of our tire and were expecting we would have to replace it. We got a phone call from Mackenzie a few hours later telling us that they took the nail out of the tire and it hadn't punctured and there was no leak so there was no need to replace it. We felt relieved as she actually mentioned that if it had punctured, because it is a 4x4 vehicle all of the tires would have needed replaced. Great honesty from the service department and shows how trustworthy they are. Highly recommend.

Look no further from this honest and detailed executive - 'Sasha Yugay'. He is very knowledgeable and honest person. I usually don't write Google reviews. I feel to shout for the services I received from Sasha. We finalized our purchase deal in 1-2 hrs. No bluffs and no foolish suggestions, he was straight on point and provided us a great purchase experience. I was thinking of 20-30 days of market hunt for my new vehicle. Sasha saved me lot of time. South Trail Chrysler did a very thorough and detailed cleaning & full gas for my vehicle delivery. I highly recommend South Trail Chrysler and look for Sasha for a smooth purchase experience.
