The dealer was young- very knowledgeable and realistic. Kept in touch well- made the meetings count; didn't waste time and knew how to spark the passion for new vehicles. I was back and forth on purchasing the vehicle because the flexibility on pricing was ZERO. I wouldn't recommend Roy Nichols to GM employees let alone anyone else. Lets find some wiggle room to make it possible to compete; or atleast give people the illusion that they're getting a deal.

Had a lube oil filter change. Also a comp. car wash, also as requested. Congenial staff , clean waiting area with newspapers, coffee and TV news provided.
