Service on my car

I dropped it off to Melissa early one day. I got a ride home and Melissa called me with a report what the.problems were and how much it would cost to repair. I knew it would be expensive but I appreciated the callback. The car is running fine and that's the important part. Thanks

Had the truck in twice under warranty and they fixed the wrong seat. Brought it back in when it was not undunder warranty and they fixed it but I had to pay for it...not happy.

I will often get a lot of unnecessary service requested after I bring in my car for an oil change. I refuse and bring it to another dealership, who usually tell me that things are fine. As an example, 2 years ago they told me that my tires were dangerously low on tread. I brought it to another, trusted, dealer who told me they had 4mm, and didn't need replacing (but did need rotation). After rotation, I drove on those tires for another 1.5 years with dealer approval. This dealership also did not mention the tires again, though they did find other things wrong with the car. I'm sure they are just drumming up business by exaggerating the time-sensitivity of various problems, but I just want a quick oil change without feeling I have to get away from a pushy salesman every few months.

The service is not great when you are trying to book appointments. I have called and left 3 voicemails and no one ever calls you back, I've left my number with someone who said they would get someone to call me back and never did. Worst customer service ever. Have had nothing but problems when I bought a brand new car and it's still have issues and no one can seem to fix it. Don't waste your time or money a Chevy!
