I already knew they had a reputation for quality customer service but once I saw an SRX that I liked and drove from Windsor Ontario to do a test drive, Barry Chamberlain from the sales team exceeded my expectations. All paperwork and service details were shared with me prior to my trip, the car was crisp cleaned top to bottom by their professional detailer and ready to go. The detailer even came to see my reaction and I praised his great job. I liked the car very much and had one of easiest car transactions in my life. Barry even spent time training me and making sure I understand all the ins and outs of the vehicle. He did not stop there and sweetened my deal further which meant a lot to me. Thanks to Barry’s efforts, I drove out a few hours later with a happy smile. Kudos to Mary and all the staff for setting the bars so high. Truly professional and ethical, hardly matched by any other dealership. This is how business should be done.

Since I purchased my Chevy Cruze in August I have been extremely happy with every member of the Nurse Chev Olds team that I have met. I have found extreme courtesy and the quest to go above and beyond the norm from all. Thank you!

I am very unhappy with visit to Chevrolet nurse whitby, two of my rims are slightly bent and I came in to get them replaced, Evan Andrews was my service advisor and was very disrespectful and rude towards me he also refused to replace and even balance my tires, I bought a brand new truck expecting everything to be perfect and it's not.

Service was terrible. I made an appointment for a 10 am service. They were to do a fall maintenance, a recall, and to check a few things. Arrived before 10, gave them the keys and they talked me into a transmission flush, and a coolant flush. I told them to go ahead as long as they were done by 2pm. I repeated that I need the car back by 2 pm because I had to pick up my kids. I waited there for almost 4 hours. At about 1:30 I asked for a status and to make sure they were going to be done by 2. The girl told me that they had only completed the oil change, a n d were just about to start everything else. I said I needed to leave by 2 and she said oh, let me go ask him to stop. WTF????? When I started to question why nothing had been done she kept repeating that she wasn't in charge. Then told me to speak to the guy I had spoken to in the morning. Went to speak to him and couldn't find him. She then tells me he went on lunch. He came back in a bit and tried to figure out a way to book me an appointment for another day. I explained to him how I had specifically taken a vacation day to bring the car in. He seemed to understand my complaint and wanted to help but didn't really know how. I asked to speak to the person in charge. He took me to the office of a dude named Guy. Very condescending. I asked what happened and why it took them hours to do an oil change.....his response was this is a busy time for them, people want their tires changed....? Huh??? I said I had an appointment and he just shrugged. I then just said I wanted to leave. They proceeded to charge me $60 for the oil change. I DIDN'T EVEN WANT AN OIL CHANGE!!!!! THE ONLY REASON THEY DID IT WAS BECAUSE IT WAS PART OF THE FALL MAINTENANCE PACKAGE! I still had plenty of time till my next oil change. So basically I took a vacation day to sit in the service lobby all day watching daytime television with my 1 year old daughter so I could pay $60 for an oil change I didn't want......thank Nurse Chevrolet!

Received an update, courteous call daily, via telephone. Parts took a while to arrive, but repaired to the utmost satisfaction. Truck was ready when we arrived.

Great service. I booked my appointment about a week in advance, dropped off my vehicle while before my vacation. We communicated via email, and when I got home everything was done and my car was waiting for me. Nice to come home to a fully serviced vehicle. They washed my car and are storing my tires for free (first season). Great people and great service. That's what I want and that is what I got.
