My experience was an effortless and easy one because of Scott Chalice, my truck was 100% ready, i didnt have to come back for anything, keep up the great attitude and good work, keep up that excellent work ethic, Ruan was an excellent help, very friendly and knowledgeable, Finance went smoothly, both come highly recommended, i am very pleased with my purchase, and very happy. We recently launched in Winnipeg, MB and needed to add another vehicle to keep up with the demand. We were looking for something specific, and because our initial plan of going through a dealership in Winnipeg didn't work out, we sought out the next best option which led us to SMP. We quickly did a Canada-wide search and the vehicle at SMP checked all the boxes so we had to make it happen. We made contact with Dave Kazell who was quick to get us all the info on our vehicle of choice. The next day we drove straight to SMP to check out the vehicle and we were welcomed with great hospitality. We were offered drinks and snacks which was nice considering we just drove 8hrs to get there. Although we were very tired, we went for a test-drive and everything went well other than some minor tune-ups that needed to get done which they were more than happy to do. We then met with Angela, one of the finance managers, who helped us finalize all the paperwork. Because it was late in the day, we still had a couple things to get done before leaving so we ended up having to stay the night. Thankfully, the dealership paid for our hotel which made a world of difference. Although we had to wait much longer than expected, it was well worth the wait. A big thanks to Dave and Angela for taking care of us in your city and making us feel at home. -M & J
