Drive to Saskatoon looking to buy a used Ford truck. After two disappointing experiences with salesman not interested in selling me a vehicle. I ended up going to SMP. I have not bought a GM product since 1996. I drove away with a brand new 22 Silverado. That was a result of a good salesman a good product and fast friendly service And I actually really like the truck.

The process of purchasing my new truck was quick and easy! Karter Lewis was very thorough and communicated with me the timeline and status of my purchase. He made the whole process quite stress free the whole time! Great work to everyone from the salesman up to Riun Bolld in the office where the paper work was signed!

Very happy with the service we received at Saskatoon Motor Products. Amar was a pleasure to deal with. He was pleasant and no pressure tactics were ever used during this transaction. Our only issues were a communication problem with the down payment and a surprise bank fee which wasn't explained in advance. The down payment was supposed to be a certified cheque which we were not aware of, and the bank service charge of $500 was a shocker. Overall, we are happy with our purchase. Be certain to check out the fees and small print to avoid surprises.

Extremely disappointed in the service from SMP, they are unprofessional and they lack communication. I brought my car in to get the bumper fixed along with my radio. It’s been 4 days since they’ve had my car, on the second day I got a call and they said they fixed my bumper and it was in the service department getting an oil change, which I didn’t ask for. I got a call the next day saying it was busy but they’ll look at my radio. So I called this morning and they said my service representative isn’t in and they don’t know what is going on but they’d call my representative at home and call me back. I called again at 4:15 there only opened until 4:30 and I got the answering machine. This is ridiculous, they’re closed tomorrow and idk if I’ll even get it back on Monday either so I’m stuck without a car for 6 days for sure. Update: They had my vehicle 6 days total. They've apologized and are working with me to fix my radio situation and how to fix the confusion issue for the future, which I really do appreciate. I had two service representatives, so I am guessing that is where the confusion came from. But I've had Mandy before as my service representative and would recommend her.
