I would just like to say that I am extremely happy with the service and professionalism of your staff as well as the truck that I’ve purchased. I would also like to add a special thanks to Shaun Ivens for a seamless and professional transaction, he definitely went over the top in first finding the vehicle of my choice and then adding the extra add ons in an extremely timely manner, then returning to the office AFTER he had left for the day to accommodate my choice of delivery time just before closing. Hats off to Shaun for a job well done ! I would absolutely recommend your dealership as well as Shaun to everyone. As I actively work in the automotive business, I can assure you my recommendation will go a long way in future transactions with the dealership ! Thanks again, from an extremely happy client !!!! frustrating door malfunction

On July 11, 2018 I brought a rented (Discount car and truck rentals)Savana cargo van into the service area because the rear door would not latch. the vehicle was full of furniture to go to Toronto....When I approached the service centre I was greeted by service advisor Chris and he promptly jumped on the case and worked diligently and very efficiently to resolve this issue . He enlisted the help of service technician Mike and together fixed the problem and had me on my way again. They were both very courteous and knew their jobs thoroughly. Kudos to both those lads .....Thank you very much.....( they both deserve a big raise)...lol thank you again Chris and Mike

Came in to have my truck serviced and oil changed, they convinced me that I needed $900 in additional work done to my vehicle because I am towing a trailer. When I mentioned this to a friend who works at an actual reputable dealership in Barrie I was informed that this work wasn’t necessary and didn’t need to be done to a vehicle as new as mine. Feeling completely mislead and ripped off. Will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Beware of being sold repairs and services you don’t actually need!!!

Good vehical. Fair price... Some workers need help

Ryan was very helpful when purchasing our new vehical and we love it. But upon delivery Rob was not very helpful. Gave off an I don't care vibe. And when we came back with our downpayment to finish paperwork . He was called to help us 3 times and ignored them all. Ended up doing the paper work in the front lobby with 3 different people I never met . Not the kinda of service you want when you just dropped 40k on a vehical. Even McDonald's delivers to my table now and that's 4$ . But like I said. Ryan. Was helpful and the recptionist was also very kind through the disaster of a car delivery

I had an awesome experience here!! Wayne Morrison and Mary-Anne (not sure of her last name off hand) were so great and helpful. I didn’t feel like they were trying to haggle me but just genuinely cared that I got a good deal. Everything was clear and I knew exactly what I was paying for. 10/10 I will stick with Chev just because of my experience with this dealership.

My salesman larrry was very helpful. Did a lot of over the phone details as I am an out of town worker 5 days a week. Very simple exchange from old to new truck. Got explained all the facts and paper work for the new truck
