Bought a used 2017 Chrysler Pacifica there this weekend. Was delivered yesterday... My sales person was not there to deliver it ( he we very good sales men) but the person he left to deliver it for me was rather careless. Not particularly interested in helping. And when I came back with my cash for my downpayment to collect the vehical he ignored anyone telling him to come help me...ended up doing all the paperwork at the front desk between 3 different people and then they just kinda shluffed me off. Not kinda service you want when spending 40k on a vehical. I must say the recptionist was very helpful though. We love our vehical but could definitely work on organization and some staffs attitude

Just bought a new canyon from Tyler. I thought he was great sales guy, he knew exactly what I wanted and was able to find it. Was alaways available for questions. Overall had a great time dealing with him.
