Longer than expected

I went in for a oil change that takes 15 minutes and was told it would take a half hour to 45 minutes. An hour and a half later it was done and under covid the person who brought the vehicle around did not wipe down the steering wheel or anything. I mentioned the exess time to the service guy and all he said was thank you.

EVERYONE COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP!! This place from day one has been great great great!!!! first i got a benz, now i got an amazing SUV for my growing family!! I really needed to upgrade my car , i walked in and Osman helped me get approved right away, i didnt even know i had good credit but it turns out that i do, he got me a gorgeous camaro and i put a deposit on it. after i realized that i wanted to wait a little longer and they had no problem giving me back the deposit. I even offered for them to keep it and they insisted that i take it back. ill be coming back when im ready!!!! Thank you Osman, shawn , and SAM

I was in search for a vehicle this past week and came across Empire Auto Group! The team at the east location was very friendly and helpful with my experience for my first car purchase! Sam and Sammy were extraordinary with their service. The two of them were capable of finding myself as a first time buyer a reliable and inexpensive car deal!
