I have purchased multiple cars from them with great customer experience and quality. I have dealt with Nour on a personal level and got the best treatment possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to put trust in buying a car.

I would never recommend Empire Auto Group!!!! I cannot leave a review on their page for some reason (probably because too many people are leaving negative reviews) however I will make sure to let friends and family know to stay away “danger” I purchased a vehicle and purchased the warranty and they did not keep to the warranty and charged me in the last two day over seven hundred dollars of which 370 was for a battery and a tow. (Both were covered under the warranty) RIDICULOUS No empathy no help NO RESPECT was given to my situation. Very disappointed in the service , the people that handled the situation and especially DOUG,MOE and SAM. All condescending and arrogant. I have never been interrupted to have someone put their two cents in on what my problem is until dealing with this company. Tracked down the owners phone number NIC to let him know how poorly they were handling the situation And he had one of his staff call me and offer no empathy or respect or SOLUTIONS to my situation. I’m going to another car lot that is trusted and refinancing so I never have to deal with EMPIRE AUTO dealership again! They are located on Dundas street Past veterans: If you want good service and reliable people as well as a reliable vehicle which is MOST important DO NOT PURCHASE FROM EMPIRE locations on Dundas or Southdale motors location.

Not only was he charged for everything that was "covered" under the warranty that was paid for, they left him carless for a total of almost 2 weeks. .. Never ever ever go to Empire Auto Group. You will not only get a lemon of a vehicle but will be fucked over every time

Unfortunately, I see that several individuals have unfairly copy-and-pasted your review- individuals who are not our customers and who have never received service from us. I am proud to state, however, that our 4.7 star rating is a testimony to our quality service, and therefore, I am sure I can help clear the confusion in your case. I am sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with the services provided to you. Our staff takes pride in going above and beyond to meet all our customers’ needs and to work within our customers budget when rendering our services. I would like to take this opportunity to provide you with some clarification regarding the services rendered to you as well as the charges billed to you as I understand that having a car break down can be extremely stressful and frustrating and any left-over confusion can only compound that frustration. The reason you were billed twice is because you had visited us on two separate occasions, and had separate services completed on your vehicle. On your first visit, we billed you for a tow and a battery change as neither of those are covered by your warranty. For your second visit, you required a tow to arrive to our auto shop. That tow was not billed to you, but the charge was instead covered by our company as a courtesy. After diagnostics, it was found that your vehicle required a replacement starter and alternator. Our staff then spent a considerable amount of time in negotiations with your warranty company to have those parts approved. You had indicated to us that you needed your vehicle urgently, upon which you were informed that the warranty may not cover the total cost and that you would be responsible for covering the difference plus the deductible. You consented, and thus our mechanics began work on your vehicle even before the warranty approval came through, with the promise that they would be fairly compensated for their labour. To recap: on your first visit you were charged for the tow + battery, on your second visit you were charged for diagnostics + deductible + the difference between what your warranty covers and what the cost of repairs was. If there is still any confusion regarding your bill or the services rendered to you, we would be glad to further discuss! All the best, Empire Auto Group.

We were on the hunt for our first vehicle after having our son. As if being new parents wasn't hard enough now public transit isn't an option because of the Pandemic. Shawn Is made it so easy. He worked around our crazy schedule, and our budget to get us something we wanted and that was safe for our family! Brought the vehicle to us to test drive, and delivered it to us as well! There was a small scratch and although we were willing to have and they had that repaired before we took possession! We honestly couldn't be happier!

I went in for a oil change that takes 15 minutes and was told it would take a half hour to 45 minutes. An hour and a half later it was done and under covid the person who brought the vehicle around did not wipe down the steering wheel or anything. I mentioned the exess time to the service guy and all he said was thank you.
