A little mix up

4 years ago I purchased the truck from Empire Auto. Recently I had money come out of my account that was taken by Empire Auto Group. I contacted Sami and he very quickly read snow to the bank to resolve the situation. As I am away from home I really appreciate that they took the matter seriously. The bank had given them incorrect information resulting in money being withdrawn from my account. I have seen a ton of bad reviews but from my personal experience I have never had an issue in dealing with anyone from Empire Auto Group. I will be back again shortly for a new truck.

Excellent Experience. Dealt with Nour and Sammy; they were both very accommodating, friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend; and will be buying more work vans from here also (and personal vehicles:).

I was looking for a dealership in London to buy car. I am new to London and have language barrier but Nour at Empire Auto Group was helpful in the purchase of my car. He answered all my questions and explained to me everything I needed to know. He was very nice and smart. I appreciated his help and he made my expereince good. Went to Empire Auto Group needing a new car. Was greeted and assisted by Nour Alard. He was extremely professional and of great assistance. He knew what he was doing and the service was exceptional. He had great patience and knowledge with answering all my questions and concerns. I left with a great deal and am very satisfied with my overall experience thanks to Nour. Highly recommend Empire Auto Group and make sure to ask for Nour!

Fast and efficient!

I was never really into buying a car because I thought it's a costly and hard process. Normally it takes time to know which car is the best for me, compare prices and etc.. However, after getting recommended to go to Empire auto group by many people in my university I decided to give buying a car a chance. Walking into the dealership and seeing variety of cars I was lost ! That's win a worker named Nour came in handy, he educated on the difference between all these cars, gave me his honest opinion and was so chatty and fun to deal with. He made shopping for a car, a much easier experience and a fun one.
