Sam and Shaun are the best! They brought our vehicle from London to Brampton Just so we could see how it! They found exactly what we were looking for! They were so friendly and polite! They’re very thorough and move mountains with the greatest of ease!! I highly recommend Empire Auto Group!!

Hanan offers fantastic customer service. She is a great listener and goes above and beyond to try to resolve any issues. I felt fulfilled by her empathetic approach and her willingness to address any issues! She's an asset to the company and a wonderful reflection of their commitment to quality customer care. USELESS AND RUDE STAFF. MANY phone calls, emails no one ever calls back. (WELL before covid). Left on hold 3 times for more than 1/2 hour. RUDE staff, was told "we have this coming in next week call back" same song and dance for over 2 months. Would email, call NO response Went elsewhere . USELESS dealer RESPONSE : Maybe that is because I used ANOTHER EMAIL. Your sales staff are USELESS. Read again what I said! Completely useless unless you are buying a 20 plus grand car.
