I was looking for a dealership in London to buy car. I am new to London and have language barrier but Nour at Empire Auto Group was helpful in the purchase of my car. He answered all my questions and explained to me everything I needed to know. He was very nice and smart. I appreciated his help and he made my expereince good. Went to Empire Auto Group needing a new car. Was greeted and assisted by Nour Alard. He was extremely professional and of great assistance. He knew what he was doing and the service was exceptional. He had great patience and knowledge with answering all my questions and concerns. I left with a great deal and am very satisfied with my overall experience thanks to Nour. Highly recommend Empire Auto Group and make sure to ask for Nour!

Bought a car off Nour, Sam, and Hesham. They were all very professional and made sure I was well informed throughout the entire process. Great group of guys, would highly recommend going to them if you're looking to buy a car.

Fast and efficient!

I was never really into buying a car because I thought it's a costly and hard process. Normally it takes time to know which car is the best for me, compare prices and etc.. However, after getting recommended to go to Empire auto group by many people in my university I decided to give buying a car a chance. Walking into the dealership and seeing variety of cars I was lost ! That's win a worker named Nour came in handy, he educated on the difference between all these cars, gave me his honest opinion and was so chatty and fun to deal with. He made shopping for a car, a much easier experience and a fun one.

I have been looking for a vehicle for about 2 months now. I found out about empire auto group through Facebook about a week ago and i’m very happy that I did. I was in contact with nour and hesham and they assisted me into getting my third dream vehicle. The process was easy with them and I did not have to do much other than decide on a car I liked. They were both very hardworking young individuals who did a lot more than just sell me a car. I feel like I made new friends in a way and I would now recommend empire auto group to anyone I ever come across the needs a car! I love my purchase and the price I bought it for was cheaper than anywhere else so again, thank you nour and hesham and the empire family

Bought a car off Nour. Incredible experience and made the sale run smoothly and efficiently. Very understanding sales rep with great communication skills. Highly recommend using Nour as a representative as he really understands the business thoroughly and knows what hes talking about.

There is no better place in London than empire auto group! The staff are great and very friendly. This place made me feel very welcome, sort of like a big family. I worked with Nour and he is just tremendous at what he does! My situation was difficult and required a lot of his time. I was very particular in what I wanted and had a limited budget that I could afford and nour took all the time to help me out as much as he could. The process took a few days as nour needed to wait for lenders responses and negotiate with them on my behalf but thankfully it all worked out and I'm very happy with the purchase. Everytime I would come in, nour had a coffee ready for me and the entire staff would come by and say hi.
