Adrian was great and answered all of our questions gave us all our options was even able to explain to me how to access the vehicle after I locked my keys in the car :). thank you!

I had an unbelievable experience at Wheaton Chevy. Adrian Lucky was amazing and making sure that my new truck was everything that I wanted. Amazing service. Their Team Lead Cory Unser also was amazing in making everything happen. I highly recommend seeing these two guys for your next vehicle. Their financial services manager Kent Collum made everything work great also. Big thanks for the great truck and the service they provided for me. Highly recommend these guys.

I had an unbelievable experience at Wheaton Chevy. Adrian Lucky was amazing and making sure that my new truck was everything that I wanted. Amazing service. Their Team Lead Cory Unser also was amazing in making everything happen. I highly recommend seeing these two guys for your next vehicle. bought a brand new truck and after the detailing department at Wheaton was done with it there were scratches all over the paint and even the lights had scratches on them. they admitted guilt but didn't want to exchange the vehicle or pay for the damage that needed to be repaired on my new truck. SGI did cover the damages(almost $2000) and have gone after Wheaton for the deductible. i should mention they offered to wax the truck to cover up the scratches for a couple months but as we are planning to keep the vehicle for years we were looking for a much longer term solution. my name isn't Monty! so i assume this is another customer you have done this to his new truck, your solution is a short term one and i'm sure you hope the customer will just forget about it after your short term fix is done. i should mention nobody from Wheaton ever followed up with us, i'm sure they were hoping we also would forget about it.

Monty, I am sorry for the experience you've had and I do understand your mood right now. Your truck didn't receive a full 'sold clean' when you took it, which is why you see those swirls and scratches. It's common with black vehicles. I've been told that you are planning on bringing it back to us shortly so we can rectify this mistake. I've been assured that the polish you're going to get from the body shop will make those lines and swirls you're seeing disappear permanently. I hope you'll revisit this review after a few months of winter has taken its toll - so that you can see our solution is not a temporary one - and look more kindly upon us. If I'm wrong, and your truck still has those scratches after the work we're going to do on it, I will want to know that as well!
