I usually wouldn't give a review this low, but my experience with buying a new vehicle here was ok at best, many cosmetic issues with my new truck and after every visit there to have these issues repaired a new issue popped up due to the lack of care by there servicing employees, after owning my truck for 8 months it's been back there at least once a month sometimes for up to a week at a time for issues that were created by there employees putting trim on wrong damaging trim poor paint jobs etc. Don't get me wrong I love the truck it's beautiful but if I could do this experience over I wouldn't do it at wheatons I will never buy a vehicle from wheatons ever again. Wheatons you need some quality control for repairs and when I bring a truck in for paint work or new trim or anything cosmetic would it not be company policy to wash the vehicle prior to repairs and then once after repairs are complete, I take pride in my vehicle and would expect your company to at the very least wash it, I should never pick my vehicle up dirty from there it's just good customer service to do that, I could go on and on about wheatons bad customer service and poor quality workmanship but I really just don't have the time, and on a side note every issue except for the first one was caused by there employees. Sorry one good thing about buying the truck was the sales guy Kirk he is a good guy, forgot to mention that part of my experience at wheatons.

Shawn, I'm sorry you've had this experience with us. It's policy to give a courtesy wash to every vehicle in the service bay, but sometimes they get backed up and can't get to it in time. That's an easy problem to make up for. As for the rest, please contact me directly at jmichell@wheatonchev.com with more details so I can look into this for you. Your experience is not a common one and I'd like to find out what's happened to make sure it stays uncommon!

We have purchased our last 4 cars from Wheaton because of the wonderful service we have always gotten. We always want Jeff to be our service manager. He always Goes above and beyond every time we have had the vehicles in. Kudos to Jeff and also Wheaton’s for having men with knowledge and the professionalism of Jeff!

Been purchasing vehicles at Wheaton Chevrolet for several years and have always had a good experience, very kind and knowledgable staff, always looking out for there customer, being sure everything is clear and understood and they drive away happy at the end of the day! All around a good experience when purchasing a new or used vechicle, finding the vechicle you want and making it work best for you and any situation. Would recommend wheaton Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new set of wheels!
