Best prices on gas, especially premium! Always less than other gas stations. Gas savings alone pay for my membership. Merivale is always very busy - not bad first thing in the morning. Barrhaven not as busy, so I prefer to go there. Too bad Kanata doesn't have a gas bar. Also wish they had a car wash ... oh well.

I purchased a Dodge Ram in 2017 from this Dilawri location. The salesman Andrew lied to me about the motor size. I asked him if it had the hemi motor and he said it did. I test drove it and did not check under the hood for myself. After the sale was complete I was showing my brother the truck and we discovered that it had a 4.7 motor instead. When I went back to the dealership they tried to find me a truck with a hemi for the same price but could not and said that they would not take the truck back as I already signed the papers. Andrew denied telling me that he knew that it had a 4.7 instead of the 5.7 hemi and was pushy with the sale and him and the sales manager mo were confusing when it came to the numbers. They kept talking about the bi-weekly payments and were trying to hide the total cost from me, even though I kept asking them about it. I was under the understanding that I was buying the truck for $15,400 and somehow it became several thousand more than that. I know I failed when I signed the papers but I should have checked everything thoroughly before I signed. The accountant was sneaky and incredibly pushy. I told him that I did not want an aftermarket warranty 5 times. When the sales manager said he could do nothing for me I went to the general manager Charbel. I felt he did not take me seriously or care about customer service. He listened to my story and offered me an aftermarket part or parts to make up for what happened. In the end he never did and stopped replying to my emails. I never thought I would have this poor of an experience buying a vehicle, especially since I have bought two others in the past and never had issues like this. I would not recommend going to Dilawri to buy a vehicle.
