If I could rate this less than 1 star I would. What a joke. My brand new (less than 100kms on it when I picked it up) had problems from the time I drove it out of the parking lot! In fact I didn’t even make it out of the parking lot before having to drive it into the service bay because something was seized on it. Then all of a sudden I hear a loud clunk and it drove somewhat normally. They said “it’s the calipers frozen to the rotors” ... okay clearly I know more about vehicles than the service people... no it was not the calipers frozen to the rotors that would have unseized within seconds of driving. We are getting approx 200 kms per tank when it’s rated for 500-550 kms. There is something that is causing huge resistance and their service team can’t figure it out. The second you put it into 4wd it makes a rotting smell. You don’t even have to drive it in 4wd to replicate the smell. It’s overwhelming rotting. They told me, “you’re riding the clutch and that’s the smell of burning clutch” LOL because I’m a girl they think I don’t know what burning clutch smells like?!? I grew up on the race track - I know full well what burning clutch smells like. My bf works on cars for the last 15 years of his life - he knows too it’s not burning clutch. Also the clutch isn’t even engaged when it makes the smell. And then to top it all off our electrical is faulty in some way because the headlights and/or dash lights dim and flicker intermittently. We can be driving on the freeway in 6th gear for 20 mins and it may happen, or we can be sitting in our driveway in neutral with the parking brake on - and they blame this on the clutch too!!! WHAT AN F***ING JOKE!! He goes, “you must be shifting incorrectly and the transmission is shifting around and causing the electrical to cut in and out” .... yeah because the transmission should be shifting around while in neutral or while you’ve been in gear for 20+ mins? Makes a lot of sense. What a terrible company. PS: the Jeep is 3 weeks old...

I was called on multiple occasions in regards to having my oil changed and it was explained to me that my free oil changes were transferred from my previous vehicle. I arrived at my scheduled appointment and the service manager explained that he had no record of this. I requested they look into it and call me back' I'm still waiting for a call 5 months later. Its typical of Dilawri, they promise a lot of things but very rarely deliver on that promise. I was also promised a free trip to Vegas when I purchased my vehicle and I still haven't received anything yet. My family has purchased 4 vehicles from Dilawri in the past 30 months and there's always issues with false promises. I can assure you that they'll never see my business again.

Mr Heroux, thank you kindly for your review. Although we appreciate the positive reviews, these negative ones give us the opportunity to continually better our process. As you mentioned Mr Heroux, there is no record of this. As much as we would want to, we have nothing to help us more towards honouring your request. The lifetime oil package is offered with the purchase of an extended warranty. There was not one attached to your vehicle during the time of purchase. We hate that you feel cheated, sir. Kindly come in and see us. Ask for me; Mo Fakih(mfakih@dilawrichrysler.com). Let me show you the file and how there is no mention of complementary oil changes being transferred to your Jeep Cherokee. Let me look into your Vegas offer as well, please. Although losing a valued guest is never good, I respect your decision to not come back, sir. I don't like it, but I understand it; you feel taken advantage of. I simply hope you'll give us the opportunity to regain your trust. Kind regards, Mo
