Advisor was polite and professional however the actual “repairs” were poor. The OG Problem i took it in for wasn't fixed at all and created a new problem. That problem was fixed and caused yet another issue. I will have to take my 2022 truck in for a third time for an issue that was never fixed in the first place which has compounded immensely. The OG problem was simply squeeky sounds from teh driver side, second issue was vibrating when stopping after first “repair”,now the pedal has a large amount of play in it, meaning i have to put it to the floor to stop. Truck has less tha 50k km on it. A $90 000 truck should not have these issues.

Really impressive customer service. Stephen was friendly and helpful. The service department at Roy Nichols is efficient and reliable. They follow through on exactly what they said they were going to do, and were forthcoming with pricing. Really impressed, I won’t be taking my car anywhere else for service. Thanks again!
