Complete scam artists!!! I was told on the phone they needed a $500 deposit to do a credit app over the phone. I sent the deposit and started looking at trucks, one came up that I was interested in but things just didn't turn out. When I asked to get my deposit back i was told I needed to talk to the sales manager Ahmed. I have no idea how this guy is in management, he was rude and argued telling me that I had bought a truck through them. There was no bill of sale signed or anything, he then proceeded to threaten me by telling me he will have his legal department handle this. As a first time new truck buyer this was pretty scary. I had my dad call and Ahmed continued to be ignorant and argue. Once my dad told them he had spoke with omvic the tune changed, and 10 minutes later he called to tell me I was getting my deposit back. No apology at all. I wouldn't recommend these guys to my worst enemy, complete nightmare!! Avoid at all costs!!!

Very disappointed with this dealership. It has gone downhill since it's changed names. My most recent issue was the fact that they had run a red light with my car. After I confronted them all they said was, "we will take care of it for you." No apology, even after breaking the trust I had with them to not drive my car recklessly through the city streets.

Lack of organization and taking responsibility. Complete ignorance.

First, I had booked for regular oil change at 8:00 AM on Saturday and despite the fact that I made it 7:40 AM and once the doors opened, been checked in as the first vehicle, my vehicle was serviced after about five to six other customers and even after that left in the front customer parking area for a long time until I was called for payment. I tolerated this behavior and only at the time of checking out, politely complained. Unfortunately, with no acceptance, I was threatened by checking cameras to prove the time I have arrived. Although this was clearly an insult, I welcomed that suggestion and asked for checking the cameras but that was ignored by just offering an apology. The service personnel had forgotten to renew the reminder sticker (on the top left corner of windshield. Although it was not important to me because I keep my service logs and have experienced that I should not rely on such actions from the service department. As an example of lack of organization, I just bring it to your attention that I received the reimbursement of tire repair (third party warranty) after 5 months (!) while I have been notifying service advisers several times and being answered with totally untruth excuses. If this survey is ever counted to the service department, I have other issues to mention. Regards,
