Great deal at right time/place!

Riley provided great service as I was looking to buy a used car. I found the right car (Chrysler 300 Touring) with low mileage and impeccably clean exterior/interior for the right price. Great sales agent with calm demeanour, does not overwhelm the customer. Roadsport offered great deal for financing my car loan. Thank you!

I have been going to roadsport chrysler service department for the last 10 years and have allways been treated fairly and the service has allways been great. Bought an 2015 Jeep Cherokee 4x4 in mid April from Taz and i am very satisfied with the way i was treated. Thanks Taz and Pat

The sales rep respected my wishes, helped me when I asked and was not pushy. As well as the sales manager did what he could to make me a happy customer. They were men to their word. Waiting for my eco diesel

Upon delivery found scratches all over the hood of my new car that I just paid 50k for. Was told by management what do I expect its a used car... It was a demo with 1800km on the vehicle and I really think for the money I paid those scratches should have been dealt with. I was appalled with the customer service I was given and have since sent an email complaint and never heard a word back. Really not happy with the experience buying this car for my family. On a plus side we love the Pacifica apart from the scratches. Grant Noble

I just bought a 2013 Nissan Rogue from these guys in early April of this year a few days ago my wife calls me on her way home from work, she had to pull off the highway and stop because she said the steering wheel was shaking and there was a thumping noise, I told her to check the tires which she did and said they were ok, I told her to continue home slowly and carefully, when she did arrive home I pulled it into the garage, I proceed to remove the wheel to see if I could notice anything but as I put the key on the locking nut I noticed it came right off in my hand and as I go to each nut they all but one came off by hand, I am now in shock at the risk these guys put my wife's life at. I call the store and speak with the sales manager who tells me to come in so they can check, then they try and put blame on my wife or something because it didn't happen right away. Then I speak with the general manager Kahail Habib who asks how I noticed this, I explain that I jacked up the car to remove the wheel, he asks if I am a licensed tech, and that I should not have touched it, that's right this is the type of manager you will get when you purchase at Roadsport Chrysler, this guy is an idiot who should be fired along with their technician who signed off on the safety for the vehicle, the only positive experience I had was with the salesman Taz, I am also reporting this incident to the MOT

Then I didn't realize until tonight that now I have the service now warning after the oil change you did as well as tire maintenance, I don't know what you guys think you're doing but you will never see me again unless its in court

Even a one star seems like a lot. The service was extremely poor. Would not recommend this place. Overpriced cars, sleazy salespeople and terrible service department.

The staff at Roadsport are always friendly, fun and helpful. Services are fast and thorough. They fill me in on maintenance requirements and intervals. No pressure. If something can wait until another service they will schedule accordingly. Always fun to deal with.

Have had a ticking in the engine and engine light repeatedly coming on and very poor gas mileage and metal in the oil filter and less than 4000 kms on a new 2015 Grand Caravan. It sits in the driveway most of the time as my wife is afraid to use it and I am fed up with repeat visits to the dealer. This is the first new vehicle I have bought since 1990 because of dealer service and probably my last new vehicle.
